I’ve been staying in Vienna Apart for 2 months with my dog.
This is a very nice place located in the middle of Konyaalti, 5 minutes from seaside.
This area is very safe because Konyaalti Municipality is located here.
Also it’s a touristic area, you can find a lot of restaurants and pubs there.
The apart-hotel is very clean and comfortable.
The owner and the staff are not bad for Turks )))

- room does not fit the pictures in the Internet
- only 1 person at the reception could speak English, but seems to be nice. The old guy is not polite and seems to be talking badly about the guests in front of them in Turkish.
- for room cleaning you have to leave your key at the reception and then they sometimes don't even do it or have obviously wrong excuses ("cleaning lady was not here today...")
- mold at ceiling
- beddings with holes, and very old bleached towels
- Construction noise in the building without warning which continued the next day despite it being made clear the day before that this would not be the case

If you're not bothered about the rooms, then it's a great place to stay. You're really close to the beach. Domino's are around the corner and across the street is great croissant place that do really nice filled croissant, sweet, and savoury. I have come across a good Turkish breakfast around there, but you may get lucky and find one, Migros and Bim are a great place to do grocery shopping.

Everything was very good! Good rooms, washing machine, kitchen, good wifi for work, polite staff. The location is very convenient, close to the sea and bus stop

We stayed at this place in 2020. It was very lovely and affordable. The hosts were extremely hospitable and welcoming. They would also help us with anything we needed.
Actually they assisted me with recieving an international phone call on their neighbouring friend's hotel. I was extremely grateful for this.
Hotel is 10 minute walk to the beach, rooms are nice and a little small but suitable. Everything is as you would expect.

Very nice apartment hotel! 10 minutes to the sea, there are a lot of restaurants and shops, at the end of the street they bake pastries on firewood, there is a swimming pool, the owners, Kamil and his father, are very polite and helpful people, thank you for the vacation!

The location is in a very good location. I got 1 star from the room because the door of the shower cabin did not close and the fountain head was broken. The owners of the business are always smiling and family run business. The rooms were clean. They provided up to the bath towel. 3 people stay in 1+1 .we were 4 people, but due to the occupancy, we could not go to the big floor, so they gave a bed and slept on the floor in the living room part. The pool was sufficient and clean. I say go by getting information before going. I deposited 1 night before 1 month. It is close to the sea and the sea is very nice clean.

The room smells, because the people smoke inside. its very simple and provisional. I dont feel comfortable.
