Really lovely hotel great location opposite the beach right in the middle of everything going on.Great receptionist we were looked after by the lovely Fidan who went out of her way to ensure we were happy with our room.Very helpful thankyou Fidan.I would recommend booking a sea view room fantastic views out to sea , very clean perfect position. Lovely snacks by the pool can recommend this hotel we've had a great stay.

Kristal Beach hotel. A great place to stay staff excellent, friendly, food Good. I would be happy to book this hotel again. Everything you would need within walking distance taxi to old town 15 mins Thanks for a pleasant stay Brian.

Stayed here 8 days, had eye surgery so was mindful of cleanliness, my room was so clean, I was impressed. Communal areas were also very clean, new looking & comfortable, loved the decor & loved the swinging sofas round pool & bar, so relaxing. The pool was crystal clear but surgery, i was unable to use it 😢 the breakfast was fresh & had lots of choices incl healthy fruits, i ordered fresh omelettes. Across road from beach, lots of shops, perfect location. I'd definitely recommend & return to this hotel. Maria 🙏

The staff in reception hotel very poor service unfriendly not helpful, the room quite old and no water for shower, the toilet can’t flush at the first day arriving. I informed them about issues but one of staff said everything in the hotel is good and if I want to use the toilet come down! WTF !! Overall I am not recommended and I am not satisfied would look for another hotel.

I stayed here as part of my surgery package. I stayed in a comfortable clean double room with a sea view balcony which was very pleasant. The staff were very polite and friendly. Great location on the beach with all you need on your doorstep. The breakfast was delicious too. The pool wasn't open as it's low season but the pool area seems a comfortable space and I'm sure when open in season it'll be a nice relaxing space. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for budget and good location. Thanks for your hospitality Kristal Beach Hotel.

Reviews were good so we thought we would book but they couldn't be more wrong. Checked in and went straight up to our rooms. Toilet leaking, air-conditioning not working, TV not working properly, curtains don't close all the way, could hear our neighbours very clearly through the walls and above, there was water damage on our roof which I'm assuming added to the bad smell and overall room clearly hasn't had any maintenance done since it opened. Tacky and dirty. Pictures are a lie online. Only positive about this hotel is the location. Ended up checking out for the remainder of our stay because it's just not worth what you pay for it.

Thanks to Ms. Fidan on the reception who was kind enough to give us a seaview room which we enjoyed a lot. We had a change to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our lovely balcony. Great location to the Konyaalti beach. Definitely recommended hotel. Will keep on our list for the next return.

It was the best experience in my life!
Sema and Ramazan were great! The service was excellent, it was clean, very professional.

Perfect location, very close to the seaside. Staff speaks English, nice service. Breakfast buffet is ok but can be improved. I wished more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Restaurant at the entrance is great. Delicious and not expensive.
