Reception good person
However, I did want to mention a less pleasant interaction with another reception staff member. I asked about hamam services and pricing, and he confirmed it was €50. Later, I booked the same service online for half the price. When he noticed I had booked elsewhere, he claimed he had given a similar price and responded in a loud and defensive tone, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional.
That aside, I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel thanks again to Alperen and the team for a great stay.
