Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities

What really stood out was the service. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant teams for their hospitality

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented

The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more

Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me

We stayed at the hotel for the 2025–2026 New Year’s Eve and had a very pleasant experience overall. Despite how busy the night was, everything seemed well organized and the staff were attentive throughout the evening

⸻ Incredible experience from start to finish I travelled to Turkey for an elective procedure and stayed at the Kremlin Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover

Our kids had a great time at the mini club activities, which allowed us to join the adults-only New Year’s program and truly enjoy the celebration

Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away

The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

The entertainment staff work really hard and the catering staff are absolutely phenomenal with their presentation of the food at meal times

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

Big thanks to the cooks and chefs! The service in the restaurants and bars also deserves praise

Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

Traveling along the coast, the hotel immediately stands out with its impressive tower architecture, and the facade looks stunning with its colorful lighting

It is also located not far from the historic city of Antalya, which is easily accessible via the hotel’s shuttle bus service

These girls are amazing personalities! Their bursting energy not only brightens the day, but they are also excellent instructors: they provide the peace of yoga, teach various water gymnastics, aero yoga, pilates, and can even teach you how to dance

Meals served in restaurants are a real treat for the palate - the variety, freshness and authentic taste of Turkish and international dishes stand at an outstanding level

We had a nice stay at Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with great food, drinks, and service throughout our stay

Melissa was also fantastic friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the private beach is stunning, relaxing, and perfectly set up for a day in the sun

Alena in the Mini Club was absolutely brilliant, she also organised a wonderful birthday event for our son, which made his day so special and memorable

The animation team and entertainment organization is a world championship; the program was rich, creative and engaging for both adults and children

2nd night was for managers of the company a bit less busier on that night. I think trendy Lara management should’ve curtailed a separate area for the conference people,but they’ve paid like the holidaymakers I guess

Also to Yusef, the guest relations offer who has made sure we are 100% happy during our stay and always greets us with a smile. I will definitely be returning to Trendy Lara in future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately 1/2 nights there was a conference for securitas,about 500 workers descended on the restaurant as we were having pre-dinner drinks so we had no chance finding a table and it was so noisy

Amazing holiday with special friends we have had so many laughs, drinks, food, ducks, smiley faces and service. Really recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for 2nd time 2nd November to 9th , lovely quiet room on the 7th floor in block A, had a lovely room cleaned and some excellent towel art every day that room was cleaned

Husbands birthday ve back to a bottle of red wine and fruit , lovely touch for celebrating Room smelt lovely every day. I left her a bit of my own towel art on our last day

Beautiful hotel! Massive! Food, always lots to chose from, there will be something that everyone likes. The restaurant near the beach is great and sp is the little food hall

Always kids entertainment on throughout the day. Kids show ar 8:30 every night. Plenty of sun loungers, you don't need to get up at stupid o'clock to reserve one

I stayed at Liberty Lara next door 6 years ago and as everybody will know, this is a premium hotel that’s so hard to book at peak times. But Royal Holiday Palace really gives them a run for their money

Our room was lovely it had a mini fridge, tv, safe, coffee making facilities, a power shower, we loved it also it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and slippers , no iron or clothes steamer, but we were ok

Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like! Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable! I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised! Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey

Excellent stay Really great stay. Service is excellent, food is varied and plentiful with ice cream wadfle bar available during the day and a la carte lunch restaurants included for lunch

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

The staff are amazing my baby got so much attention and left with a few girlfriends lol. I would highly recommend especially for families

One of the best features of the hotel is its food - from the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a'la cart. Food options are very diverse and everything is very tasty

Also, there is a number of options for those on various diets. What is more, the personnel of the hotel is very nice and always ready to help!

We stayed at this hotel for my husband’s birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience! Everything about our stay was perfect the quality of service, the beautiful rooms in the Club building, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding

Joining the pool games and dance sessions was especially fun — it was impossible not to have a great time! One of the highlights of our stay at Club Hotel Sera was definitely the fun sports activities organized by the animation team

A special mention goes to Katrina in Guest Relations she was absolutely amazing! We had a few issues on the first day, but she took care of everything promptly and professionally, making sure our stay was nothing short of perfect

Beautiful resort, clean room, excellent amenities. All inclusive was nice expect for the extra fees for certain restaurants.

We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel

The food is out of this world and every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out for the best experience for the guest. The room was huge and beautiful and had the most amazing views from the balcony

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days

We did find the next day they had managed to fully fix it while we were out during the day. There is a mini bar fridge in the room. this is free and topped up daily with water, drinks, beers and snacks

Drinks are served to guests by waiters/waitresses on roller-skates. Zeynep was fantastic at getting the drinks and snacks orders back to us promptly and more importantly the order being correct

We visited this hotel end of July to beginning of August 2025. It was the first time coming to Antalya. The coach transfer to the hotel did not take very long 15 mins max, we were also the first to be dropped off

We counted three: Osman (cleaning), Efe, and Ezgi K. When even the guest relations manager walks by without saying hello, you can't really expect smiles from the rest of the staff either

Best hotel in Lara. We were in Lara in Magic Life, Sherwood and Royal Holiday Parace, but this one is the best by far. People are soooo friendly, food is great, everything is top

Lots of places to eat although trying to get a booking at one of the a la carte restaurants can be a little tedious especially if not staying for a week

The buffet restaurant is very nice lots of variety with something for everyone. Good location to walk to the shops after dinner. Entertainment is varied with lots put on to suit children and adults

Fine dining restaurant was disappointing in both service and food. don't bother with the chateaubriand as I've had more tender fillets. The ala carte lunch was nice but also inconsistent

Beautiful facilities but they need to have more restaurants open during the off season. Lawns are constantly manicured. Can't imagine how busy it gets during summer

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

More about the disabled: in the restaurant, on the beach and in the pool there are places marked with a wheelchair icon. You can take them, but no one forbids you to use any other

The food is always fresh and varied: for any meal at least 3 types of meat and 3 types of fish, about a dozen side dishes, not counting separate tables

There is a special wheelchair on the beach with wide wheels. We used all of them The guests are very different - from babies to pensioners. To communicate with the staff, you need English, although some speak Russian

There were separate ones: for vegans, with pickles, with cheeses, with spices, with jams, as well as with national cuisine, some region of Turkey. For 6 days, we never ate the same thing twice

Well the resort/hôtel is beautiful. Lots of pools,restaurants, entertainment(concerts etc. The design is lovely, many gardens and trees, its clean and staff is in general efficient

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

The reception staff were not welcoming or approachable and didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. We did speak to public relations who were much more helpful and couldn’t do enough for us

The gluten free bread was difficult to get every morning and almost inedible and I gave up asking. The hotel is tired in places but we heard there was some work to be undertaken over the winter

Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too

A fantastic all-inclusive resort in a perfect city location — just a short commute from the city centre and the marina

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

It has been great for me to stay here. I stayed for just one night for the type of all-inclusive. I also enjoyed inner swimming pool and Turkish hamam(bath)

Great hotel with a great location in Konyaaltı area, where you can find almost everything you want. Although, some furniture in hotel/rooms would likely be in need of renovation soon.

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

The food is amazing and the room is almost clean! The most friendly people are the cleaner staff! What i didn't like is that there is no one expert in making the drinks specially alcohols drinks also most of the staff are not speaking english in which make it difficult to order and to understand

Yes, it can feel a little repetitive, but that’s typical of many all-inclusive stays. We dined out a few evenings but were still impressed overall. Now, on to the all-inclusive drinks—this was a bit of a letdown

Some bought their own speaker which clashes with the music already being played and I believe some on the sunbeds were not staying at the hotel. Location walkable to the centre for choice of restaurants

Here now ! Absolutely fantastic hotel not the biggest not the brightest not the most glamorous! The food is lovely. Rooms are fabulous got a free upgrade 3806 excellent cleaned daily fresh towels
