The rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. We stayed for three days and saw that there were people willing to run the business, which is great, but I have to say that it's not enough to ask for it. The staff is far too small. One staff member handles three different tasks, especially the pool and the foreign woman in the dining room who is sullen and unmotivated. All drinks are served in plastic cups. I'd say that's enough for the price, they're absolutely right, but I would absolutely object to even tea being served in plastic cups, which I think is a negative. There's also the water issue. There's a water shortage throughout the hotel and the beach. I'm fine with that, but I don't think there's any saving on water. Water is only available in the dining room and by the pool, and purified water. Yes, purified water is very strange. You could offer glass water or small bottles. Purified water doesn't improve your sustainability. We need all kinds of water. The minibars in the rooms could also have at least two bottles of water. Regarding food, for example, the cheddar cheese at breakfast is sparsely served. It takes a long time to replace the regular cheese, which is the same as the buffet. It's almost gone as soon as you put it in, and you have to wait again. Dinner is good, but breakfast and lunch are poor. Another issue is that there's nothing on the beach. The only water available is the woman making gözleme (Turkish pancakes). She fills a demijohn with water from the tap and connects it. The woman there works alone. Etc. The location is excellent, and the beach is beautiful. I have no complaints, but this is what I experienced. The staff are very respectful and nice, but I think if these issues are addressed, your situation will be much better. For example, even though we had the option to stay another night, we left early because we had to buy extra water and drinks, unfortunately for the children. I begged my father to go and find something to eat outside. We walked for an hour, it was like a deserted island. I'm not exaggerating. We found a meatball and bread shop somewhere. Honestly speaking the hotel from the pic looks good but once u have reached its very chaotic no WiFi,old building looking shaky,the toilet doesn't flash water,very stuffy and stinky ,the guys who are in the reception don't have Customer care, No security at all noise is everywhere u can't sleep the swimming pool itself is not clean moles are everywhere I recommend to each and everyone a bi No!!!!!additionally be aware it run by scammers Denizati Tasimaclik Turizim

The hotel.is run down and needs to be modernised.The food is very poor and the precautions against coronavirus are non existent.we couldn't even drink a coffee it was so bad.we didn't even stay for breakfast.Avoid this hotel.
