I stayed there for 3 nights, and it was not good as i expected, the smell of the resort is awful. Sometimes u won’t sleep of the smell it’s like a fishy smell. The food was old and repeated everyday. I didn’t believe the negative comments but i experienced the same. They are not welcoming at all only if u are russian. But i want to thank Mr. Amil at reception, he was the kindest of all. But the lady with short yellow hair, rude, disrespectful, and idk what to say to describe how disrespectful she was. An experienced that won’t be repeated..

I thing this hotel is very nice and very beautiful because personally is soo good and animation team and animator yunus is the best thank you for all we are really like you and in this hotel I loved the second thing pool is very clean and very big food is super alcohol is the best I hope one day I will back again 🔥❤️

Came here for 3 days as needed to escape the disgusting hotel Greenwood Kemer resort, i knew it was Russian hotel so language barriers but i was pleasantly surprised by all there staff were amused as we were only Brits! But constantly saying “ west Ham “ and London and even the eastern europe guests made us feel welcome, rooms were cleaned everyday NO mouldy showers , basic but good no kettle didn’t bother asking as short stay, dining pleasantly surprised lots of veggies obviously european dishes but a high standard and a wide salad selection and also an outer grill section meats fish and even fresh cut melon. Really cant say a bad word about it the small amenities they offered were all good the kids looked like they were having a blast. I would return but obviously prefer a hotel with more to offer

Its so good being there, mostly i liked food and stuff especially Sabina and Cisco. There is a lot of special events and you can rest and fun.
