Kayahan Hotel has a great location right by the sea. The rooms offer a beautiful sea view, which was a lovely way to start each day. Breakfasts are small but tasty, served on the top floor with a panoramic sea view, creating a special atmosphere. The staff is very responsive and always ready to help. A great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The hotel is located in the small town. The owner is very welcoming. He helps with the luggage when the guests get off the car. When the guests get on the elevator, he runs up the stairs to help carry the luggage back to the room. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a wonderful terrace for breakfast. You can also sit on the terrace and drink tea in the evening, saving the money of going to the coffee shop. The hotel's dog is gentle and you can pet it at will.

Very close to the beach, booked a sea view room but was assigned a room on the second floor. The balcony is all solar powered by the house below. It would be better to live on the third floor. There is a parking space on the roadside at the door. The dining area on the fourth floor has a better view

Well located within walking distance to the port, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff is really nice and friendly. Breakfast was basic but still good. Only down side is parking which you have to find on the narrow streets, which is not always easy, but I think it’s the same problem with all the hotels in that area. Still, I recommend this place.

Amazing Stay. Excellent Location, very near to centre and good view of the sea. Amazing Staff and Service, always smiling and answering all your questions. Helpful and they offer you bottle of water when you come in, sweetest gestures. Will be always staying here. Varieties of breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms and are cleaned every day with fresh towels. Balconies in each room.
No complaints just happy to have stayed here.

Just amazing! Close to the markets but just far enough away to not be bothered by noise if you would like some quiet time. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and provide a perfect service. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location for Kas and clean rooms. Breakfast is a buffet with classic Turkish options and it's served on the terrace with a view. Beware that parking is on street with so few availability. Be ready to park a hundred meters away or more.

The hotel is very close to the center it has an access to everywhere in Kaş, lovely views from the terrace where the breakfast is served. The staff were always smiling and welcoming. I have seen the way the clean bedsheets and towels and I can tell it's great. The rooms are small for two though. Rooms aren't fully cleaned everyday, but it seemed fine overall.
