We went there for a week, and everything was great. Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and located very close to the center. Beaches are in walking distance, and also some boat tours are very close. Definitely will choose this hotel again if visiting Kas.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Edible fruit growing and can be picked from our balcony! All good!

What an awesome place. Close to all main attractions. Very clean, hygienic and friendly owners/staff. Breakfast was amazing. Home made jam, pastry dishes and variety of cheeses and veggies. Will go again and highly recommend. Thanks Hermes.

worst place to stay because it's managed by kids
they never refill the minibar even though after requesting and though it's free (only water and soda)
front desk is empty most of the time
smoking in front of the interance, staff at the reception were too noisy even after midnight..and they never cared when we complained... and even up on check out the never asked how was our stay, and didn't even say goodbye or help with the luggage
total disappointment
2 stars only for location and restaurant food and helpful staff
