I am disappointed and the service is not five stars..
questions who gives this hotel five star??
First .. ' Mr Ibrahim = He always gives a cold shoulder '
And when I want change room he give me choice hard " he tell me we found another room but it will be far you want or not"
Mr Ibrahim worest man in hotel and when my mood.
The room not as expected in pictures on booking.
1. Furniture old and bathroom old  after 3 days stay comes not good smell.. and after my complain " they tell me open bathroom door with room window it makes smell go with wind " worst
2. Food I will say if you found good quality you will be lucky and coffee machine all bad with coffee is bitter .
3. Sea coral reef bad
4. Swinming with aqua park dirty ' found chicken bones '
My advice
if anyone change your mood you have check out. And it is big wrong when I complete..
