Kaskoy Hotel in Kas

Beautiful boutique hotel overlooking the water - lovely bougainvillea and each room has a balcony. You have to cross a road to access the beach but the views from above are spectacular. Good breakfast, didn’t try lunch and no dinner service but not a problem because restaurants in Kas are plentiful and good. Manager is very helpful and friendly. Recommend!

I had recently sprained my ankle, which we didn’t notify them of because it happened a few hours prior to checking in. I had to walk with crutches yet they offered so many solutions to make my stay more comfortable. They are extremely helpful and friendly.

I usually don’t like staying at hotels because I feel like there is always something that hasn’t been cleaned properly but this hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. No dust, clean towels. Clean sheets. And the eating area and beach area were also very clean. The beach is very close, and there are enough sun beds so no claiming beds at 8am thankfully. The area around the hotel are also very clean, and the staff are very quick and helpful.

At the beach area u can order food which u can pay for when going back to the front desk, which is nice because u don’t have to take ur wallet with u. The water is so beautiful and clear blue. Hotel room had the best view I’ve ever seen.

The breakfast buffet was simple yet amazing. There was something for everyone and the quality was very good too. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a satisfying stay anywhere else. I’m definitely coming back!

it was such a great experience for us and really made our very first trip to kas memorable. Especially the staff was incredibly helpful & kind. Food was always yummy and plenty, the beach was never packed & always more than enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back, that’s for sure ☺️

We went to the beach club and the staff was very helpful. The prices are really good for this type of place, probably one of the cheapest we went in Kas.

Minor improvement- it would be very nice if the place has a frontal access to the ocean that allows users to dive.

Overall 5*. A nice place to spent an afternoon.

Kaş Köy consists of very clean and cozy bungalow style rooms with balconies. The breakfast is perfect. It really is! There were always the typical Turkish breakfast fruits and vegetables, at least 3 sorts of olives, home made marmalades, changing desserts like cake, cookies or pancakes, many different cheeses and of course the usual cereals. The location is excellent. The seawater quality is of course top-notch like everywhere in Kaş. Kaş Köy has it's own beach/ponton with sun beds and umbrellas free of charge. On the platform there is also a shower, dressing room, toilets and a bar with a tiny kitchen were you can get your ice cold beer and freshly fried french fries. So if you forgot anything upstairs (there are some steep stairs to climb up) you can rather have another beer and ponder whether it's worth walking upstairs because you probably don't need anything else to relax. We walked to the city centre every evening, had dinner and walked back. It takes around 30 minutes if you walk slowly but it's a really beautiful way. Last but not least there is the staff, who were always very helpful and kind. I would like to thank the entire team and especially Barış bey who from the first contact on the phone until we left was always very positive and friendly. The type of guy you'd like to have conversations with. He even poured water on our car when were leaving, which is a Turkish tradition. The person who is pouring basically wishes you to travel as easy and effortless as water on your way back home. Lovely. I will stay there again :)

It took me days to find the right hotel because the area offers so many attractive choices like the scenic peninsula or bustling downtown. I chose Kaskoy because it is just a short drive from the hotspots (5-10 minutes to downtown, 5-10 minutes to peninsula, 5 minutes to the marina). The room was very clean and all the amenities worked properly. For those such as myself who prefer to sleep in the cold, the room A/C blows icy air. The breakfast buffet is superior and tasty a la carte items are offered throughout the day. The hotel beach is pristine and suitable for either laying out or swimming in the light blue water. The most pleasing aspect of the experience was the stellar and kind assistance received from Berna and Kubilay, two of the front desk associates. From check in until check out they helped me arrange excursions, taxi rides, and everything else that I needed. Kas is mostly frequented by Turkish nationals so their fluency in English spared me a great deal of confusion and aggravation. The only downside is the hotel wifi. It barely works except by the beach. I suspect that this is the case because most people who stay at the hotel (Turks) have their own data plans and do not need wifi. If this is a business oriented trip or stay that requires constant internet connection, make sure to arrange a data plan in advance. Either way, this hotel receives 5 stars hands down.

Stayed there in 2020 October, everything was perfect, clean rooms, good breakfast, private beach etc.. Covid precautions were satisfactory. Owner and all staff were very kind and helpful. Strongly recommended. For 2021 I have already rebooked a room for summer vacation.

Me and my partner and his family stayed in the Kaskoy Hotel in September 2020. We had a wonderful time there, and the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel is family owned and therefore the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice including fresh pastries, breads, olives,
fruits, salad and even hot options like traditional Turkish menemen. We had dinner at the hotel one night which was mouth-watering traditional Turkish foods.

There is a private beach which is stunning and very relaxing just across from the hotel. It also serves delicious food and drinks. You have options for all preferences, vegetarian, vegan and meat-eaters including Pizza, Salads, Filled Toasties, Pasta, Grilled foods and a host of other main dishes.

Regarding the room - it was a lovely farmhouse style with stone walls and wooden ceilings. Our room was a double and looked over the private beach cove. It also had many amenities like an ensuite bathroom, balcony, mini-fridge, desk and seating area. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the cleaning staff were extremely attentive.

I would highly recommend the Kaskoy hotel.

Friendsly staff, quiet and lovely place. They have private beach and a pure clean sea in front of the hotel. Authentic designed rooms are unique in the county.
