We went for all inclusive, food was good and the hotel is amazing, staff from the hotel they are all very helpful they makes us are really welcome every single day. Entertainment was also funny every day something different. and we enjoy every second in that hotel. We already looking to back there soon.

Great place has something for everyone staff are very friendly food is great entertainment is fantastic rooms are great clean and housekeeping staff are on hand all day buses come and pick you up outside for trips out beach isn’t to far away too

The staff carnt do enough for you. Facilities are great very family orientated, verry close to old town. The food is freshly cooked

No lift in hotel & we were on the 5th floor. Basic rooms,unfinished in some parts of room.bathroom quite small for use.shower was just on a hook in the wall. No wardrobe doors on the open wardrobe.only one bedside cabinet.not enough room for clothes storage.outer door was a struggle to open. Wifi was extra cost. Pool was freezing & too cold for use. Cocktails was extra cost. Entertainment was poorly...

People were very helpful. A lot to do for children We had a nice relax area to go to so was happy enough . Food and drinks was lovely. Beautiful country. A lot of shopping all good. Would come back

The staff are very friendly, entertainment people are so kind too. Buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner was also good value for money.

All the staff are lovely, the waiters especially, Muhammed and Latif. Super polite always smiling, lovely hotel for the price you pay will definitely be back thank you for a lovely holiday ❤️

The hotel is really run down. If you are coming from the UK it isn't really our cup of tea. The hotel is like living in rented house which hasn't been maintained for years. Please guys we want for the cheap option, but its not worth it. Just pay for a better hotel. We pay for all inclusive not worth it. Restrictions on drinks with additional charges and food was worst then hospital food. Whatever ...

We stayed here for a week and the staff were amazing allways happy to help, fair does the language barrier but they use their phones to translate thw food ia quite good but not enugh selection for children. But theirs other places to eat at, averall i would give them a 8/10

The hotel is old and not renovated. The staff is friendly. The food was worse. Diner from the evening before they served it the next morning. Taste was very bad. It's not an all inclusive because you can't eat and drink the whole day. Not my kind of hotel

We had a very affordable holiday. The sheets were clean, the air conditioning worked, but although we initially agreed on a house with a washing machine, Mr. Oktay gave us one with the same washing machine. A washing machine costs 200 TL elsewhere. He offered 100 TL to compensate. There was no staff to communicate with. The pool was empty. Apparently, mostly foreign employees stay there. In the end...

I had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and well-maintained. The owners are very helpful people. It definitely deserves a better rating.

It is not a very clean and new place. It will probably be a place you will not want to stay again, both in terms of location and innovation.

The operators took over the hotel this year. They are genuinely interested in their customers with a new enthusiasm and interest. Mr. Ramazan is solution oriented and tries to do all the work as much as he can. Apartment was spacious but dated and in need of some tlc and a makeover, large balcony overlooking pool,room service was non existent, no cleaning towel/bed linen change during 7 night stay. Reception and bar open 24/7 and normally a member of staff available to assist with needs. Quiet location with a mini market and few restaurants on the doorstep, but town, beach not within comfortable walking distance...

Nice affordable family hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good pool for the kids with a waterslide. Easy access to town center and aswell as the beach on only 10 minutes walk. Resturants and shops just outside the door

I like the slides and the pool, the people that work here and the nice city with stores and nice resturants that got lots of nice foode and the jdjdjdosnsjdlbdjdbdiddkdnkdhudonvdobdjdbvdondybldheldbdkn

We had a great holiday, the staff are very caring, the rooms are very big and comfortable, the pool is very good, the children had a lot of fun on the slide, it is centrally located and it is possible to find everything around, there is a service to the sea, but I recommend it to everyone within walking distance

Friendly staff. Nice spacious apartments with kettle, fridge and cooking facilities. Great location. Close to beach, shopping and all food places from restaurants and super markets. Lovely pool. Enjoyed my stay. Great value for money and will definitely come here again.

This apart hotel in Side was a pleasant surprise. It was a quiet area,but only a couple of minutes walk from restaurant,shops etc and less then 10 min walk to the beach. The staff,all of them,was the best and they made our stay just great. The rooms,food and cleaning was perfect. Recommend this apart hotel to everyone. We will be back next year😄

It's difficult to give a fair assessment as I stayed when the season was over. The WiFi was reliable. The bar and restaurant were closed, and the swimming pool was taped off and had been drained. Facilities in the room were fair: microwave, crockery. cutlery, fridge and air conditioning. The infrastructure around the hotel was undergoing either renewal or installation: nearby roads were poughed up...

We have been going to the Nur apartments for years it’s lovely run family business and I brought my daughter,son-in-law and 3 grandchildren with us in July and now they are happy to stay here. It’s clean and friendly and Oscar is the guy that looks after everyone there and he is excellent. I would definitely recommend.
