The family room we had on the ground floor was clean and well presented, as you come in there are 2x single beds in a good sized room leading onto the bathroom and a larger room that was separated by a door that had 2x single beds made into a double, although that wasn't a problem, leading to an outside area

Great place for family's loads to do in the complex for families and couples. It's right on the beach where there are plenty of watersports if that's your thing or just a sunbathing beach day with a lovely beach bar

Take Your pick from the choice of swimming pools to suit you as a family or a couple. This place is a must it's in a beautiful setting. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Very friendly personals and very delicious food. Especially thanks to Cem in the fitness and thanks him for supporting by him in my gym activities. The pool is clean and there are very interesting events at evening

Next day we went to pool and let me tell u this hotel have huge pools room for everyone in it monitored by life gaurds all the time. I have never seen life gaurd so helpfull anywhere. Alot of thing to do for everyone

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Perfect beach and sea, location - that can't be taken away. The entrance to the water is shallow, shallow, ideal with children who do not swim well

Even though we had a rocky start staff were very helpful. Hotel is spotless the staff work hard to keep all area spotless. The entertainment team work really hard and our outstanding even the lifeguards are fun

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

No queues at the bar & they all knew our drinks orders before ordering. Likewise the main restaurant were so helpful as we had a lady on a scooter they even helped her taking food back to our table

Excellent hotel, varied food, every day there is meat and fish, various snacks, salads, a huge number of desserts, fruits

Drinks during the day, various cocktails, the pool is quite large, a few minutes walk to the sea, a bar on the beach, lying down, sand and small pebbles. Every day programs, games, sports events, fitness, exercise

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

We never had a problem finding a seat at the night time, we often came down at 8pm and this was never a problem but not sure what earlier would be like for getting a table

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

Due to our room type, it meant that we were unable to get a full sea view but I requested via email beforehand to have some sort of view, and we were granted a side sea view where you could also see the pool clearly

Every staff member we have spoken to reception, bars, restaurants, shop. Yes the majority of customers are German, and. always find they demand good food and service so happy to be amongst them, no problem there

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

Drinks were basic but drinkable. Dining rooms were always packed but due to size of the resort it was understandable however sometimes it was difficult to find a place toe seat

- The food is what you make it, I'd say we're a "bland food" family when it comes to food so we did struggle making food choices. (Again, we've never been to Turkey so didn't know what to expect)

Very good animation team. That did a lot for all the guests, and made it a very fun entertaining trip. They were like a best friend for us

Everything was clean, and the balcony had a partial sea view. Although we were on the top floor of that part of the hotel, everything was fine. The central air conditioning worked properly

To start with I must say my little kids have enjoyed the holiday therefore I gave four stars and not less. This is not 5 star hotel but 4 star at best. Not the worst but definitely not great

Plenty of seats so no issue to find a place. Programs for guests or kids were enjoyable and there was also always something to do

Any concern we had (like our mini bar not being restocked while we were gone for the day - it was promised as a daily restock or like a light switch not being fitted on our arrival) was addressed very quickly when we bought it to the attention of staff

Would we come again, yes, would we recommend it to others, absolutely, was it 5 star, no, but ultimately we had a great time at the resort - and in one of its excursions - the Green Cannon Jeep/Boat/water fall trip

Some positives: The pool was plenty big enough that even at its busiest, there was still enough room for this family of five to play in, with our floats and the floats of others

The excursion Jeep/Boat/Water fall seeing, was fun, the Jeep ride element was a Jeep v Jeep on road water fight, and the kids loved it

The room was generally clean, tidy, and set up well to accommodate us together

The resort took card, euro and lira - you can buy floats for the pool there and we did not feel they were overly priced

The hotel is very nice, it has many amenities, the room was equipped with everything needed, the food was great and there were so many choices. Outside was beautiful, bar great, many options alcohol or not

Excellent hotel, Located is about 1h from Antalya airport. Great service, Beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers that belong to the hotel. Fresh and tasty food with a lot of choice and variety

The food was fantastic, with a different theme every night, there was so much choice we didn't even feel the need to use the a la carte restaurants! The animation team work so hard (without being 'pushy') to bring the guests together and ensure that everyone is having a good time

We have had a great time staying innthis hotel. The personel is very friendly and the food is great. The a la carte restaurant is very nice. Mr Hüseyin was very nice and gave us a very welcome feeling.

We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. We’ve been to Turkey many times but this was the best dinner we have ever had in Turkey

The only thing I would like to see is some seating area to have a cocktail/drink as the sun goes down. It's nice to move from your sunbed at the end of the day 😊 thank you Voyage

This hotel has everything, and you are spoiled for choice where and what to eat. Plenty busy and quiet areas, even a volley ball court, a must for Hubby, I am happy with cappuccino on tap a sunlounger and my kindle

I'd like to mention Ali Dursun the waiter in garden 2 who looked after us for the entire 2 weeks, he is brilliant! Food was fresh and delicious. Rooms were beautifully cleaned everyday

This was our third time at the side star elegance and yet again it never failed to deliver. From the welcoming at reception to the staff throughout the hotel, the experience was top notch

Al a carte was amazing, service was excellent, Resturant had a vast variety of food to cater for all tastes, bars friendly with branded drinks, all staff spoke/ understood several languages

The room was very nice, although we had a room overlooking the street, and it was a little noisy in the night with the sound of traffic going past. The hotel and grounds are huge and we were given a map to show us round

Evening entertainment has been great, the family fest was great for children and adults too! Slide pool great, not open all day but pool is still accessible and has the splash pad next to it

We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools

I stayed 10 nights at Arcanus Hotel Sorgun and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping and a well-stocked minibar

Even the hosts repeat each phrase 4 times in all languages) The sea is clean, the sand on the beach, 2-3 minutes to go. There are no problems with sun loungers, there are always free ones

The disco at night was so much fun, The DJ Ahmet was very very good. The music was amazing he made it so loads of people were vibing definitely made the night time there so much fun would definitely go again

Very clean! In the restaurant, fish dishes are something! The weather is very different. For example, it was raining today. Basically around 30 in the afternoon and 26 in the evening

Perfection. This resort is meeting all of the demands. And at the disco Ahmet played basically a private set (september) it made the night for us.

They spray the bushes and plants every day and night so I didn’t see 1 mosquito and had no bites at all which is unheard of for me. Really loved it here and will definitely be back! Thank you hotel Turquoise

The food I thought for an all inclusive was absolutely amazing I don't see how any one could fault it, plenty to choose from did different cuisine days, burgers, kebabs, Currys, the breakfast had fresh omelettes, pancakes, waffles, there was always something different to have, nice variety of cakes and fruits, and then the al'acarte's aswell

The pools are being cleaned between 12pm-4am, the staff just don't stop they work so hard to make sure they're guests have the best holiday! The only downfall of this holiday I found was a lot of the German background people was very rude, you would stand and hold doors open for them or move out there way and they wouldn't even say thankyou, there was 1 particular elderly couple that we bumped into...

My youngest daughter has additional needs with autism and the way the staff was with her was absolutely amazing, I can tell she had the bestest time! And she hates her pictures taken but Mehmet the photographer took his time and managed to get her smiling for pictures which was amazing as we never manage to get really nice photos of her

My daughter got her foot stuck in the door and had to be rushed down to the doctors but all they staff was there reassuring they'll do what ever to please us which was amazing as it was a bit of a scare as blood was going everywhere

The entertainment staff worked really hard and although I have seen better shows my youngest daughter loved it. The drinks were good and the cocktail bar above main restaurant is definitely worth a visit

We were a family of 4 , two daughters 16 & 8. We had a really lovely time the hotel staff were friendly and it was exceptionally clean it’s one of the best places I’ve been no rubbish or bugs

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

Rifat in the blue bar makes wonderful cocktails and he puts a delicious twist on any cocktail you ask for 10/10 It’s our first day and had a fabulous day food entertainment and hospitality goes above and beyond

There are several bars and restaurants with imported drinks and very good food. The pool area is beautiful, the water is perfect. The beach is sandy and big, the sea is shallow, perfect for children as well

It has its own beach which is clean and separated from the others. And the best of all is the bar which is called Blue Bar - they make good drinks and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We would definitely come back!

We stayed at Alba Resort Hotel in May 2025 as a family of five – two parents, a grandmother, and two children aged 6 and 9 – and we had an absolutely wonderful experience

Many attractions for children - including a mini zoo, animations and separate swimming pools for children. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day. The food was very tasty and varied

Very very dirty sand on the beach: cigar stubs everywhere; animation grup the most boring I ever see🤦🏻‍♀️; no sports event besides volleyball ,and the simplest yoga; DISKO is horrible - music for the 80+😵‍💫; timetable for eating ,I cannot understan why I cannot have late breakfast till 11 I am on holiday

Rested in January 2017, unfortunately were disappointed with the hotel as it did not work and poor service, we had all inclusive, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner food was very little, maybe it was not the season, a large number of Germans, which serve much better than Russian, nice beach, nearby the hunger of side and Manavgat can be reached by bus and walk!

The room was spacious and clean, with daily top-ups of the mini bar, again free of charge. Clean towels daily and a freshen up around the room. I would recommend for all ages, families, singles and children

My step-daughter is quite a fussy eater and even she enjoyed the food, which says a lot. The location is really handy too – just a short cab ride into town, and only a 5–10 minute walk to the beach

From sports and games in the pool, to evening entertainment and day time chats, the staff work hard and are fun to be around, they were polite and happy. The food was tasty with lots of choice
