We went for all inclusive, food was good and the hotel is amazing, staff from the hotel they are all very helpful they makes us are really welcome every single day. Entertainment was also funny every day something different. and we enjoy every second in that hotel. We already looking to back there soon.

The rooms were fine and clean, however it is not really self catering. The kitchenette is very limited and extremely minimal. Only one hot ring, no toaster, only 1 pan, 1 frying pan. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Room was great, location can't really get any better, their Turkish breakfast is one of the best I've had, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. I'd love their restaurant menu to feature more Turkish food options, as opposed to fairly standard European options, but that is not a criticism, simply a personal preference.

By the sea, 2 minutes after leaving your room, you reach the sea. The pool is a bit small, 1 slide works. The rooms are good, the only downside of the hotel is that it is a bit old and neglected, it could be a great place if a little more maintenance is done. The sheets were clean, the air conditioning worked, but although we initially agreed on a house with a washing machine, Mr. Oktay gave us one with the same washing machine. We were here for tea the other day and for lunch today. It’s own by nice young very hospitable family. During lunch time all tables are in shadows of trees, everything around decorated with colourful stuff. It was excellent authentic Turkish food experience. Thank you, guys! You’re great!

If you want to feel like home and stay between the ruins of ancient Side and be close to the beach and at the same time dont mind staying in a room which is a bit old but with a super reasonable price, this place is highly recommended!

Owner of motel is amazing, always with a smile, cleaning and taking care of everything from early morning to late night. I stayed with my 84 year old mum . We both enjoyed the hotel. Especially Mr Ahmet ( hotel manager) and his wife Ayşe hanım was very very helpful. They even helped me with parking and brought extra blankets when needed. İt was one of the best hotels in this holiday. The first time was last year. Returned this year. Consciously. Nice hostesses, location and atmosphere. Located near the Ancient City, 5 minutes from the beach. Dogs are allowed here. This is important for us. Closed parking. Normal breakfasts. Tea and water are free all day. Good Wi-Fi. There are many cafes and shops around.
