The hotel itself is really lovely with amazing food and great service. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay really enjoyable. The pools are a little cold for kids, and our room felt a bit dated, but those were minor details compared to the overall experience. The atmosphere and quality of the food more than made up for it. Small self-catering establishment of good quality. Quiet location but not too far from the coast and restaurants. Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb. We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. An incredible hotel with amenities everywhere. Paloma is a full all inclusive, but I would state that the time of year will affect how much of the hotel is open. The beach was clean and the food offering was 7/10 everyday. I'd return here in the winter time for an affordable getaway at a great price.

We were at the hotel in July, stayed for a week. I'll tell you right away that there were many hotels in Turkey, so the comparison is objective. The hotel is outdated, it has long been in need of repair, but the room cleaning is excellent, always clean linen and towels. The biggest plus of the hotel is its territory. It is a very good hotel with the best entertainers I have ever seen especially ELIF. The rooms are perfect, the beach is lovely and sandy, cocktails perfect. Outside the hotel there are some shops and small Bazaars (4min on feet). I really recommend it!

A nice surprise for a great holiday! The swim up room is absolutely wonderful, the food delicious, the staff very helpful and friendly. The fridge had Coke, Fanta, Fuse tea and water. The room was cleaned every day! We will surely be back next year!

Arrived late in the evening and we didn’t get the room we paid for so they gave us a swim up room , when we woke up in the morning there was no water in the pool so they moved us again . They quickly resolved the issue regarding the misunderstanding in the reservation. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. The location was beautiful. I was satisfied.

The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The hotel has an excellent location close to the beach with fantastic food throughout the day. The pier is especially fantastic with with beach bar and plenty of sun loungers to go around the quests. Very good and clean hotel. Nice and modern feel and very welcoming to all. Lovely hotel! Beach access is easy and accessible for all. Service is very good. The noise can be dealt with as the music is loud at night however I recommend staying in the lobby for the shows.
