Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! The cleaning of our room was poor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get more. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom. Smoking outside does not have any regulation, not good for non-smokers.

During the accomodation we (group of 15 people with children) waiting for 6 hours meanwhile the hotel gives rooms to 40-50 new arrivals German. Its a great hotel,we love it,we had so much fun They afford so many food and each day somthing spicial. The room for familly was fantastic, claean.sea view. Every day were many activitis in the pool And a differant show in evening Full board...so besaid the pool drinks all the time

I am staying here right now and I love it. The staff are nice and they're so quick with service. You can even wait outside for around 10-15 minutes and a bus comes ready to take you to a beach ⛱️. The pool is so cool and refreshing and the water slides are so fun. Would really recommend.

IMO, this hotel definitely deserves higher ratings. Good quality for money. Friendly and welcoming staff, good room condition, standard set of food and beverages for this price category. Animation was nice too (we caught a foam party, plus live music in the evening). July 2025 average temperature was 38-42 degrees very hot! Bring Euros as all shops etc have prices in euros. No one at hotel or surrounding shop owners could convert pounds/liras to euros- we had to go to Mangavat market to exchange money. Staff at hotel are friendly and everyone spoke English but shows and activities were mainly in German. We were allocated a double room facing the kids pool....

It does what it says, rooms are decent, although bit small, the hotel is very clean and kept to a good standard, the food is also variable so at least you get a bit of a choice, walking distance to the beach but for lazy people it does have a hotel shuttle bus, you can get drinks and food on the beach, it has its own area

This hotel is amazing. The levels of detail and quality given to every aspect is brilliant. Stayed for two weeks end of July beg of Aug with 5yo. The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent beach. The beach is wide, and the beach staff cleans and maintains the sun loungers. The level of service is simply zero. We've just finished a week at the Sural Saray Hotel. The hotel is located on a wide, very clean beach in Colakli. A promenade and beach run from the hotel, offering a walk to the old town of Side (about 11 km). Buses to Side also depart from the hotel for 2 euros. We came here with some expectations from what we saw in previous reviews and we weren’t disappointed at all. Hotel itself is in great location, with shops nearby. Ultra all inclusive service is fantastic, staff are friendly, great choice of drinks and food. Everywhere is clean as there is always lots of people to look after. Rooms are cleaned everyday and again staff are working hard but still smiling...

We really enjoyed the hotel—it has a fantastic location, a great beach, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms. We’ll definitely come back. The only downside is that the gym is poorly equipped. There aren’t kettlebells of different weights, and the music/sound system could be improved. It would be a minimal investment for the hotel, but sports enthusiasts would really appreciate it.

Great hotel, large and beautiful green area - olive, pomegranate, banana, lemon trees. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food. The beach is very suitable for small children - clean and shallow. Very pleased with the overall experience and will come back again.

Been here 19/26 april 2024. One of the best holidays j had so far. Lovely staff, clean rooms daily, clean towels daily, mini bar always filled. The buffet with lots of choices and food was amazing, the chefs so good, smily and very helpful. Plenty space and always you feel welcome.
