It’s a very old hotel, and the new management has taken over just two months ago. It felt like an abandoned hotel that they just opened for us. Everywhere was dusty, the bed linens were dusty and dirty, and although the rooms were suites, the kitchen cabinet doors were all screwed shut. Even the drawers in the bedroom were screwed shut. I was disgusted to even enter the bathroom. The only positive was the staff, who were friendly and provided good service. I don’t understand how this hotel got 4 stars.

There was an extreme smell of cigarette smoke, it was very disturbing, it was very lacking in terms of cleanliness 👎

Good to stay for short time
The bedroom is large with a wide bed. There were complaints about the kitchen. Despite the fact that there is an oven in the kitchen, there is no frying pan, no saucepan, no spoon or fork in the kitchen

very busy. there is a receptionist girl who is very busy. she does not answer any questions. even if she answers she adds her own bad cold joke. I told her that I wanted a room on the upper floor. she told me that there is no sea view on the upper floor. çok yoğun. çok isi olan resepsiyonist kız var. hiçbir soruya cevap vermiyor. cevap verse bile kendi kötü soğuk esprisini ekliyor. Üst katta oda istediğimi söyledim . Bana üst katta deniz manzarasının olmadığını söyledi.

Nice car park.

"Wonderful hotel and excellent location”

This hotel is full of charm - both the building and the people a like. The hotel is beautiful and excellent for family stay. Art nouveau at its very best. The location is perfect; the beautiful road is on the doorstep and easy transport links yards from the entrance.
They are actually newer than some new hotels as they are continuously improving their product and adding new facilities.
We loved the rooms and the bathroom. Very clean and the decor in keeping with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I am already planning our next stay. Love the hotel and love Diyarbakır.
