Temizdi ama kaldığımız odanın dışarı penceresi olmadığı için taş oda biraz nem kokuyordu. Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. İsteklerimizi sorunsuz yerine getirdiler. Balıklıgöle çok da uzak değildi. Genel olarak fiyat performans iyi sayılır.

The staff were friendly but the place itself was a big disappointment. The pictures I saw gave an impression of rustic Kapadokia like rooms. The reality was very different. The room we got was very old and run down. The bathroom door would hit the toulet seat when you try to open. There was no real shower area, just a shower with the water running over all the bathroom floor.The neighbourhood was run down and eerie. Getting to the place was a challenge as GPS couldn’t get us there and we had to

A cute option with helpful staff. Our so-called king-sized bed wasn't. Parking is a challenge. I'd stay here again.

nice quiet hotel they work hard to make happy nice service just one problem they don't speak english just only turkish language and one person was talking to me arabic

The staff start cleaning the floor at 9 am and never make you sleep because of the noise, I told the reception about this, but they did not care, it is clear that it has been adopted as a corporate culture, I would like to point out that it is below a hotel in Urfa standards, it is disappointing.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the heart of the bazaar. Rooms are clean and hygienic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel manager is caring and respectful. We stay for years as a company. I advise

I love this Hotel! It is in the middle of the old-town in Urfa. The Hotel has it own parking place and the personsl will park the car for you. The personal is really really nice.
We was two persons in second floor and was surprised about the amazing view over Urfa. From the restaurant at the 4.th floor you have even a better view!
The room was very very clean. The bathroom was perfect and everything was like a 4star hotel. The room is very big so you will have enough space for the baggage and more. There are chairs to sit in the room, a minibar, television, free good w-lan, every morning the room will be clean up and bath shower is inclusive.
You can pay with credit card.
The entrance is disability-friendly.
