DO NOT STAY HERE >>>
The only reason this hotel is still in business is the location. The manager should not be working in hospitality as he has no idea how to treat guests.
The rooms for solo travelers are ridiculously small. The bed doesn't even fit in the room. The bathrooms are a joke.
What ground my gears the most was that the manager put me on the top floor and there's no elevator. When I asked to be on a lower floor because I had a lot of luggage, the manager told me the hotel was full. This was a blatant lie so my trust in him was immediately broken.
Breakfast was terrible - just the bare basics. On day two I was the only punter in the dining room. So much for the hotel being full.
The lights are also turned off during the day so you're are climbing the stairs in dark most of the time.
I feel sorry for the employees as they tried hard but the manager is so bad they don't look like happy campers.

Stayed there last month.
The worst hotel in the area, the attitude of the staff is so rough and not polite.
be warry of price they give at check in, once checked in they later ask to pay more, they say " the price was not right". total fraud.
As for the breakfast it appears as open buffet, but they will count items you take and will yell at you and give the cringe look if you take many items or drink too much tea.
you cant serve yourself for tea, like all hotels, they assigned guy is serving that and he will get mad if you choose the mix of tea and water.

Clean & quiet hotel middle of the centre. Only two negative things are tobacco smell at reception and small bathrooms.

Bathrooms are not small. They are extra small. My legs could not fit between the comode and the wall in front of it. Room is good and warm ( i went in extreme cold weather of january). A.c is also installed. Probably it works too.The bread in the breakfast is nice. Dining hall is awesome. Price is a quite high for one night.

Very bad experience at the reception. Booking made on previous day is not recorded by the reception staff. I couldn't complete check in because of internal conflict between reception employees. Very rude behaviour from the reception on 5th May 2019 at 6 am. Avoid this hotel to be safe..

The people managing the hotel were nice people! The location was also great, but the price of 300 liras was not worth the dark rooms and the bad bathrooms. You can pay an extra 100 liras and book at Hilton for amazing quality.
The food provided was dry, the room doesnt have any good lighting. And the walls are really dark.
The shower and bathroom were combined which made everything hard.
The beds were so so quality as well.

Position is fantastic, near 17th century covered bazaar, walk to Balikligol and museum. Hotel is basic but recommend for position.
