The best experience to spend your time in Sanliurfa. An excellent choice. The rooms are traditional, very clean and the staff amazing. I felt like home. The breakfast just super. The personnel of the hotel very kind and helpful.

The deluxe rooms are nice and the hotel is in a great location. I'm sure it's not normally like this but it was noisy at night due to someone checking in late at night, they knocked on the door but no one from the staff opened it, which disturbed the entire hotel. But other than that was an amazing place to stay and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel does not match the photos and description at all. Instead of a deluxe room with two beds of 35 square meters, huge windows, etc., we were given a room next to the kitchen, without windows. Everything is old, shabby, it is generally scary to go into the bathroom. When I asked whether this was the room we booked, they took me to the second floor. There was a room there that very remotely resembled the photos from the sites. Everything is old, dirty, dusty, however, larger. We said that we are ready to move there. To which the hotel staff demanded that we cancel the reservation. When I asked if they would return our money, we were told that they would. It is not clear why it was necessary to cancel. In the end, I cancelled the reservation at the request of the hotel staff, but they never checked us into the new room and we simply left the hotel with the children and suitcases. In the end, they did not return our money, we lost 7,000 lira for 2 nights. It is unclear how to return the money that simply disappeared. It is unclear why they deceived us. We have many times received a room that was not the one in the photo on the Internet, but we have never encountered such an outrage. Give us our money back! We refused to stay because the room did not match the photo and description at all. But the most interesting thing began after my wife published a review of this hotel, describing this situation. I began to receive calls and messages from the hotel owner at night with threats that they would sue me for publishing this review. As a result: 1. 6900 lira were lost. 2. We were left without a room to stay. 3. We are threatened with court. There will be legal proceedings. I strongly do not recommend this hotel if you do not want to get into trouble

Lovely place in the middle of the old city. Very pretty room with old stones. For the price, honestly one of the best place we stayed at during our holidays in turkey. The receptionist, Ayden, was also very kind, attentive and spoke very good English. Definitely recommend !

Authentic hotel,,, the authorities are respectful, the appearance is clean but the place is quite stuffy… I stayed with my wife in one of the rooms facing the courtyard, there is no space to open the window, naturally it is stuffy inside. The guests coming at night, the doors opening, the conversations, the conversations of the guests having breakfast can naturally be heard from the rooms… There is no greenery at breakfast (lettuce, parsley) I looked for any greenery… There may be people who stay in the same environment happily, I am not saying it is bad but it is not my style, I would prefer a brighter and less noisy place… Of course Fiat is very reasonable…

The location of the place is not bad but it is a difficult location for those who go by car, you cannot drive in front of the hotel because of the narrow streets. Since navigation was difficult, we got stuck at night. The interior of the hotel is not a hotel but like a house, the sink, toilet, film is old, everything is very lacking in breakfast foods, tomatoes and cheese are enough if you are ok with that.

The location and authentic appearance of the hotel is great. Unfortunately, the internet does not work in the room, the cleaning is okay, it could be better. There were very helpful and polite staff. A safe hotel😊

The bathroom is a bit precarious but the biggest problem is that they don't speak any English.
