Enjoyed our stay at First Collection BUSINESS BAY Reception Staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast immense - something for everyone. Super outdoor pool. Lacking closeness to public transportation but recommend taxis which are very competitively priced.

The hotel managers are very cool, they helped to solve one very important issue, the hotel lobby is also very beautiful, there is a small store right in the hotel, which is very convenient. Stayed here for a business trip. It was very peaceful and not crowded, and the environment was pretty decent. The only downside was a few small bugs in the room.

Great hotel we got upgraded for free however when we added breakfast it was very basic with only 3 fruit options. And basic machine coffee.

Everything about this hotel has been fantastic and I would 100% recommend. We had a spacious room overlooking the Burj Khalifa and enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool. Stayed here over Christmas, and for a hotel of its kind, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, with lovely views of Dubai Creek.
