Reviews
One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the gym and fitness facilities, specifically thanks to Punith, the gym instructor. Punith was exceptionally helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the very first interaction. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored guidance accordingly, offering clear instructions on exercises, proper form, and effective workout routines. What really stood out was his patience and positive attitude—he never rushed, always checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and motivated me throughout my sessions. His knowledge and dedication truly enhanced my stay and made using the gym a pleasure rather than just a routine activity. Punith is a real asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition.
The room was another strong point. It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The overall ambiance felt calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Punith who worked in the gym was very helpful and an excellent trainer who looked after us the 3 weeks we were there. Would recommend him as a personal trainer for anyone in the area. Great sessions suitable for anyone 👍🏼
We arrived at the drop-off area with no bellboy around, which was fine since it wasn’t peak check-in time. However, there was a lady at the entrance on her phone who didn’t acknowledge us at all. I started unloading everything myself, still not a big issue. But the moment a large car queued behind us, she suddenly rushed to call the bellboy and asked me to move my car quickly, even though I was still unloading. That moment threw me off. It felt like we weren’t given the same attention as the other guests, and it left a bit of a sour note.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom felt surprisingly small, with a tiny toilet bowl.
Breakfast was below expectations for a 4-star hotel.
The swimming pool is also on the smaller side, fine for kids but not really for proper swimming.
On the positive side, there’s plenty of free parking close to the entrance, which is very convenient.
Overall, a mixed experience, with room for improvement in service and facilities.
However the service is very poor and I felt like the staff barely want to help guests. I’m actually unsure if it’s lack of hospitality or cluelessness.
What I found ironic is that the entire hotel has no microwave to heat guests’ leftover food! I was told microwaves are only available in suites which are fully booked at the time of my stay??! I was not allowed to use the microwave to heat my own packed food with a clear date of expiry in the restaurant or the staff amenities even when I asked the housekeeping manager, reception, concierge, and restaurant staff.
Housekeeping is also not the best - surfaces remained uncleaned for days.
Overall the price is expensive compared to the service you get and you can get a much better experience in nearby hotels.
The rooms are large and has all what you need and they give you free snacks in the fridge.
The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
The hotel has a very nice pool that is shaded and has warm water and they have nice jacuzzi and steam room and Gym is very nice.
I tried the hotel restaurant during Ramadan, the open buffet offers wide variety of food and sweets which were very delicious 😋
Also the hotel has free shaded parking.
I stayed at this hotel 2 times and it is highly recommended in Al Ain.
Thank you to the receptionist who welcomed me into the hotel and made sure all my needs are met.
F&B team - breakfast was superb! great food for great value.
Bellman Jana - thank you for taking care of my luggage upon checkout.
Great hospitality, my first and definitely not my last time visiting.
