The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff are polite and attentive, always ready to address any queries promptly. The breakfast spread is good, though the seating area is a bit small compared to the hotel’s occupancy, so it can get crowded at times. Other dining options are also available, offering good food.
Overall, a good and comfortable stay for families.
Reception staff overwhelmed with work and they seem under paid… they either are not interested to work or they don’t know what they are doing and representing ..
Room is outdated.. curtains look like from an abandoned building.

No one to explain activities… u need to find out ur slef…
Obviously this hotel doesn’t provide any kind of trainings to staff
Location of the hotel is superb
Hotel can be easily a proper even 7 stars hotel only needs to spend some money on renovations and give higher salaries to ppl how can be trained properly
I paid 400 AED only to get mental torture. There was an extremely loud music concert happening in the open area, and people were screaming non-stop. The noise was so unbearable that the room’s sliding doors, which were not soundproof at all, made it impossible to sleep.
When we complained at the reception and requested a room change, they simply said the hotel was “fully booked.” No support, no solution.
The management clearly has no sense. A loud music concert should be held inside a proper hall, not in an open area where guests are trying to rest. People come to a hotel for peace, not for torture.
Anyone planning to stay here should first ask the management if they are hosting any concert or event, otherwise your whole stay will be ruined.
This was the worst experience ever. I will never come again. My money was completely wasted.
