Good hotel and perfect location , but it needs new features

nice place to stay for business purpose

Everything was good. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who were playing music late at night. I had to go down to the reception and ask them to resolve the issue, and about 20 minutes later the music stopped

the rooms and prices are good but problem is their TV is very old , and I’m one the regular visitor so if they update their rooms it will be very good

Good location Friendly staff but they took long time for check in. The room was 2 singles bed. It was not clean. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is open from 9 am to 5 pm and its very small. The elevator was very slow Overall it was good experience. I can give the hotel 6.5/10

Stayed here for 1 week. Nice hotel in the city center. 15 minutes way by car to the beach. Hotel provides shuttle bus 1 time a day to Al Khan beach (Lou Lou beach) and a bus to Coral beach either. Also there are shuttle buses to go to malls. There is also a small gym and swimming pool on the roof. Good choice of food for breakfast. Service is good.

Stayed at Grand Ex early in the year for a workshop. Facilities offered were great, so too the rooms and food. Check in and checkout process was bit tedious and annoying

I stayed here two weeks ago for two weeks and can say the Hotel is great and the service is definitely beyond 5 star. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always go the extra mile
