Excellent hotel, but I had a problem when leave the hotel : When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car
An okay hotel. Nice private beach. Almost all guests are Russian. Staff friendly, especially Yohan at the pool bar.
Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

The location is really good and well served but I believe they need to rethink about rooms upgrading and better service at the ground floor cafe. The staff at the cafe were rude and not friendly at all. Someone needs to rethink seriously the rooms furniture and interior layout. The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.
It does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The TV has no international channels, the remote control does not work well, there are few sockets, which is very inconvenient to use, and there is no toothbrush or anything like that.

Popular with Russian clientele. The private beach gets crowded very early and stays crowded all day. The outdoor pool is largely in the shade. 15 to 20 minute walk to the lovely public beach. The rooms are ok. The meals are a bit expensive compared to the competitors but offers good choices nevertheless.
It's our first time in this hotel and we are so thankful for the upgrade, thank you to the lady receptionist. Moscow suite was really amazing, huge master bedroom, huge living room with extra bed and dining table. Their staff was so friendly and accommodating, their food was amazing, and of course their swimming pool and beach was just few walks away. You can have your enjoyable time in the beach.
I spent 2 nights with my husband. Hotel management were so nice and upgraded our room for free, and allowed us to go on a late check out at 3pm with no extra charge. Resort is average. The tariff is comparatively higher then the services and food quality which is beign served. The pool does not have kids section. Kids play area should have air fresheners as it is kind of in basement.
