Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

The location is really good and well served but I believe they need to rethink about rooms upgrading and better service at the ground floor cafe. The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.
It does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The TV has no international channels, the remote control does not work well, there are few sockets, which is very inconvenient to use, and there is no toothbrush or anything like that.

Definitely place where we want to go back again soon. Every single person there made this experience on another level. Food is amazing, special thanks to chef Rusvel, food idea is really good, very creative and tasty. Doctor and physio are professionals, im advising you to go for some tests there. You wont regret staying there for sure.
I want to thank the medical personal trainer Wiem issaoui from medical gym department because of her professional sessions with my mother ( who suffer from knee OA ) my mother managed to pray properly and climb the stairs for the first time after 2 years of pain , also her way of training helped my mom to broke her fair from exercising ( she never exercised in her life ) and after few sessions...
Great wellness resort, needs some tuning but overall good
I really enjoyed my stay at Zoya. The staff are helpful and have a positive attitude something that is essential for maintaining the atmosphere in the place. I had the detox massage and I felt great afterwards. I particularly enjoyed the Yoga sessions. I don't know the name of the instructor but she has an angelic voice and it was a memorable meditation session. The birds, air and the nature all around...
Very relaxing and rejuvenating. The location is amazing. My friends and I had a great time. The staff are very friendly and caring. Christina and Ruby at the front desk assisted us throughout our stay and made sure we had a memorable experience. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.
This place is such a haven that provides a unique experience. I went for the wellcation and I really felt completely disconnected, like I'm in a bubble of Wellness. The staff are all super warm and welcoming and took very good care of me. The treatments were super relaxing in a luxurious setup. The facial, massages etc. I also had super relaxing yoga sessions with dherraj and being a vegan really enjoyed...

This is a great hotel and great location if you want to explore Sharjah. Right opposite a lush palm tree park and Al Noor Island and right next to Al Noor mosque which is just majestic! The souks and shops are not too far away and cheap access via taxis! There is pool and gym which is quiet and calm.
