Perfect hotel . Calm and beautiful

The room is very spacious, frankly, but very dirty. The bed is not washed. I got nails on the carpet. You cannot swim, wash your clothes, or even wash your hands. Warning (infants) do not wash your children in the tap. The water is very, very dirty. You will see it as normal. Leave a white piece of cloth on it for only 10 seconds and you will see the wonder. Strange colors. Even the drinking water...

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to everywhere, free parking, the swimming pool on the rooftop is very OK, I like it very much, the room is also large and clean, the experience is good.

Old hotel. Reasonable price. Restaurant on ground floor. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Room was big n spacious.

It’s close to metro and main road. And also very near to Souq. Metro and bus station is also very near just in front of it. And price is very economy. Staff is also helpful.

The location is 800 meters away from metro Station, close. To. Markets and local shops but the quality of the services provided are not the best. The rooms aren't well Maintained, the TV is placed in a place where you can not actually watch it laying on bed. The A/C temperature can't be controlled.

In the centre of But Dubai, caters for the Indian market in terms of food and entertainment. The staff were helpful and check in and check out was fast and no issues. The rooms are big and overall I was happy, the hotel is good value and I would stay again.

My stay was acceptable for the rate spent but the sound at night I couldn’t sleep very well specially I had a meeting early morning

Bed Bugs in first room. They moved us and no further issues with bugs. Noise from nightclub was unbearable at times. It was very difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. There was a leak in the bathroom which meant that the floor was always wet and housekeeping were very reluctant to give us extra towels. In the end they did but every time they cleaned we had to request more again. Water was hot. WiFi...

Facility and amenities were good. Chose the rooms are 3rd floor or above and the noise level is very high in 2nd floor or less due to numerous pubs below.

This hotel is close to baniyas Square Metro station which is good. Room service is also regular but the 2 bathrooms after cleaning still looked unclean atleast in our rented 2bhk. Nice bedrooms sheets changed regularly. Kitchen is worse microwave gas oven dont operate so could not cook anything staff was not helpfull here. Worse experience as we had to eat out and waste money on brkfast to dinner....

I would NOT recommend this hotel. Pictures doesn’t reflect reality. Hotel is outdated, hygiene is not their priority and noisy. Staff is 50-50 helpful, seems like if you don’t like it, leave. Location is convenient, that is only good thing. I will not stay there again if I’m in Dubai.

One of the best stay in Dubai. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Staff is also nice. Just that despite having health issues, they did not allow my wife to get breakfast in room for me which she was getting by herself. Also they did not even allow to bring a single Apple from the breakfast table. This was very unprofessional and rude of their restaurant staff.

I have stayed here several times. It has been renovated and the rooms have been upgraded. It is cost-effective and the service is good.

I stayed there for a week and had no problems. It was especially helpful that there were guides in Japanese and Japanese staff! I caught a cold on the way there, but they told me about a local pharmacy nearby, which was very helpful. It's also easy to get to, with the nearest station just a 10-minute walk away, so it's easy to get to if you're going to the Gold Souk or crossing the river.

Their breakfast is extremely tasty and options are very wide. But service is slightly poor.

Okay, so…the hotel and our room was very good. Clean, which is very important. The bathroom was so nice. The room was quite big, we had lot of space to store our clothes. Huge mall for shopping luxury brands. All big names under one roof. Good choice of restaurants in and around. You can watch the fountain show from here. Choose your spot for dining and watching the show. One day is not sufficient if you are a shopaholic.

Rooms were cleaned and with good facilities but the vegetarian breakfast was very bad for all 7 days, absolutely no taste. Front desk staff was also very cooperative except Front desk manager Mr. Mahesh. He was very arrogant and rude too. Absolutely non cooperative person.
