This hotel is in Sharjah, and the location is decent. You get a sea view that's pretty good for the price. However, the service is not good at all. I booked an extra day and they wouldn't let me cancel it.

Everything remains the same and I, a traveler, stay in the same place because it is clean, safe, convenient to travel and close to shopping areas. The hotel has everything, including washing machines, clothes drying racks, microwaves, kitchen equipment and irons.

Pretty good the curtains were stained, and 2 out of the 3 tvs didnt work, no dryer only a washer and the washer didnt work so i told staff and they came and gave me a new washing machine and it worked but spilled a bunch of water on the ground. Very spacious good beds and smell good, but unfortunately it did not come with a dryer only a washer for my clothes, i really like how spacious it is they even have hair dryers in the bathroom and they provided us with water, the hall is nice and quiet. But is it worth 1k in $, not really 700 wouldve been a reasonable price but thats okay.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. This hotel was opened in April 2018 but the upkeep of the rooms have been very poor. The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is located right next to the Dubai Creek. Across the river is the Al Seef Iranian town area, and behind it is a Chinese community and a wholesale commercial district. The hotel's decor is antique, and it attracts tourists from all over the world.

The service and the main person is not professional. I booked one bed there almost 2 weeks prior to the flight and they informed me about some maintenance issues and that they can’t provide me any bed there. I had to struggle and request a lot to get the bed. Actually they had overbooked the property and were not able to manage the guests. I had paid them the full amount at the time of booking.

Everything is great in this hotel. Staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay except one issue which brought us comfort. Our room was connecting room and the door inbetween didnt have proper isolation and we could hear everything going on at the other room. This made problems for our sleeping unfortunately.

I had a pleasant stay, both during the day and night. If you need a bathrobe or slippers, simply call the reception and they will provide them promptly. The swimming pool is decent, though nothing extravagant. Overall, the experience was nice and satisfactory.
