Excellent hotel, but I had a problem when leave the hotel : When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car

Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

Overall a great hotel with great location and amenities. Popular with Russian clientele. The private beach gets crowded very early and stays crowded all day. The outdoor pool is largely in the shade. 15 to 20 minute walk to the lovely public beach. The rooms are ok. The meals are a bit expensive compared to the competitors but offers good choices nevertheless.
