Kennedy Towers - Signature Frond L Villa

I stayed in a studio apartment in JLT. Fully furnished with all amenities, so that was very convenient. The studio provided to me had not been cleaned upon my arrival and linens and pillows were unwashed, so that was quite the bummer, but it was quickly and efficiently handled the next day. Special thanks to Jillian and Jessica who were prompt in supplying a team of cleaners who took care of cleaning and provided a totally new set of linens. I appreciated Jillian’s ready availability for any concerns or questions, personable approach, and prompt turnaround in supplying maintenance for A/C and other things. Overall a good and reliable company to book with. I enjoyed my stay thanks to its super convenient location as well.

For the last few month I been staying in a studio in JVC and it has been great.
From the moment I started to research , KT team were always supportive and provide me with the information I needed to know… EWAN is just great, friendly , professional and always ready to answer my many questions! I must say that his attitude is the right one for the real state business (not pushy, not desperate, very friendly and confident!!) … and Lianne who’s always ready to answer and take care of any issues with the studio, very friendly and proactive, always ready to help!!
In general my experience with KT has been great, one of the few places in Dubai where you will find a team who wants you to find the right place for yourself and not the one for themselves … (like some other rental agencies)

Angelika and the whole team were always professional, polite and prompt in dealing with my rental property.

On the rare occasion there was any issue they are so quick to resolve everything and go above and beyond their duty.

Angelika was really helpful and supportive. Always prompt and quick to responding to WhatsApp requests on any maintenance requirements. She always went beyond her call of duty to give us a great experience.
