The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

This time, I felt like the money I spent was worth it for the service I received, and I didn't regret my choice. To be honest, the breakfast selection was pretty average, but the taste was decent

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

The shuttle service was also very convenient. Just keep in mind that check-in and check-out can take some time, so don't schedule your itinerary too tightly

While cockroaches in a restaurant are somewhat inevitable, I hope they can try to avoid guests seeing them, especially on new plates that might be used

Compared to Atlantis Sanya, this place is a completely different beast. The service is miles apart, and the whole concept is totally different

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, pool, and restaurants were all top quality. It was truly a memorable and relaxing experience

The room was pretty good, just a bit pricey, but everything else was fine. It's suitable for families with kids.

A standard resort hotel with new facilities. We booked a Club Room with a palm view, and all three meals could be enjoyed in the lounge. Guests also have access to the amenities at the old Atlantis.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Royal. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an amazing view

An absolutely amazing experience! We got upgraded to a suite facing Palm Jumeirah for Chinese New Year, which was fantastic! The famous 'influencer pool' totally lived up to its hype, and all the recreational facilities were superb

Large territory, there is a shuttle bus, a good breakfast with musical accompaniment - flute and saxophone. There is a mini zoo, horse riding, a mini water park, several swimming pools. Peacocks walk throughout the hotel

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

The property is on one side overlooking the golf course (the other side is overlooking dirt track and area to be developed). It is a 1km of a nice walk to the beach but there is also a trolley option

We always go to JA and enjoyed access to pool and other facilities, the staff are friendly and approachable

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool bars — wow, just awesome! They offered a huge variety of cocktails and alcoholic drinks, all unlimited. Perfect vibe to relax by the pool

Could be the time of year I went since I went in January there were plenty of lunge chairs available at the pool and beach and kids of you are an adult traveler can not come by the swim up bars as it is sectioned off So book it have fun and enjoy your stay

Wonderful Family Stay at Hotel Riu Dubai! We stayed at Hotel Riu Dubai for two nights with family, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

There was a TV and PlayStation, but this mainly resulted in the kids wanting to play video games rather than participate in other activities. It would also be great to see more evening or nighttime entertainment

The fire show on the beach was excellent, but aside from that, there were limited shows or performances during our stay

We sat outside and as i put my plate on the table the birds start to eat my food and the staff just stood there and watched them eat after that he just put a protector on the plate which should be thrown away

Wifi was down for long hours that trigger work cannot be done. Numerous complaints and follow up were useless, front desk is not providing update. Breakfast is bad.
