We stay in beginning of July 2 nights but actually not enough. Place so big and many things for kids to play. Especially water park needs at least 1 day to spend

The fitness center is not very big but is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was crowded but visually pleasing. The nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk away

The breakfast buffet at Kitchen6 had plenty of variety, though honestly, I didn’t find the overall taste of dishes to be anything special compared to other buffet places

It’s a perfect stay with my husband and to celebrate special occasions with friends. the hotel have several restaurants to choose from and amenities to use.

Location is great, however room service is poor, taking a lot of time to get what you need. Gym is not only for residence, which makes it very crowded. Breakfast is good.

We had a wonderful time at the Family Easter Brunch at Millennium Place, Barsha Heights! The atmosphere was elegant and perfect for families

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

We always go to JA and enjoyed access to pool and other facilities, the staff are friendly and approachable

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers

The pool area is gorgeous, the restaurants offer top-quality food with fantastic variety, and the views of the skyline are breathtaking. Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had – 5 stars without a doubt!

The hotel grand Hyatt Dubai is one of the excellent hotels in Dubai, where my spouse and I have stayed several times. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially in the outdoor areas and around the pool

7 night holiday would highly recommend. Staff were attentive and anything we needed we had. Soft play 2 min walk or take a free buggy. Waterpark is not finished but indoor and outdoor pools were great

The beach is great! There are always free sun loungers, no matter what time you come. The distance between neighboring sun loungers is huge, so no one bothers you. Other hotels in this area cannot boast such a beach

Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly

Special thanks to the chef and his team. Nearby Dubai Marina and the metro station. Hotel guests use the private beach of the Le Royal Meridien hotel. The bus between the hotels runs every 10 minutes

Very good hotel, will stay here again next time I go to Dubai. The room is a suite with a luxurious kitchen and living room, very close to the Palm Island. The hotel staff are also very friendly.

We usually take a taxi as the government taxis have quite reasonable rates, and we find the distance to tourist attractions reasonably close. Our room is quite big and they have everything you need

I called the hotel and emailed twice but still didn’t get the information of how and where to look for the shuttle bus. It is on the third floor of the airport. Not where the taxis are, but one floor higher

I like the hotel always my first choice The stuff very friendly and the service good This time it was too crowded the A/C not working in corridors between rooms and the pool temperature is hot and dirty

The hotel is great! Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect! The only problem is the lack of information of the shuttle bus. It took us almost two hours to find it

Get off the exit 2 and turn left, there will be a place where the shuttle bus stops. And there is no sign which is very sad

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Despite having a confirmed room booking, our check-in was delayed and the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient

I have to make a shout out to a guy at the concierge called Moses, he went out of his way to help at 4am in the morning when my daughter got sick

One small suggestion: we couldn’t find a nice spot in the lobby or common areas to take a family picture with a good background or hotel name

We especially loved the dinner buffet at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. The spread was extensive with a great variety of delicious dishes
