The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

This time, I felt like the money I spent was worth it for the service I received, and I didn't regret my choice. To be honest, the breakfast selection was pretty average, but the taste was decent

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

The shuttle service was also very convenient. Just keep in mind that check-in and check-out can take some time, so don't schedule your itinerary too tightly

While cockroaches in a restaurant are somewhat inevitable, I hope they can try to avoid guests seeing them, especially on new plates that might be used

Compared to Atlantis Sanya, this place is a completely different beast. The service is miles apart, and the whole concept is totally different

A perfect 10/10! (Facilities:) This is one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in 👍🏻. (Dining:) They offer a wide selection of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western cuisines

The food is incredibly fresh, and the restaurant is spacious, though it can get very busy, sometimes requiring a wait. Next time I'm in Dubai, JW will definitely be my first choice

The housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsible. The breakfast was just so-so, not a lot of variety, and maybe the taste wasn't quite to my liking

You nees to book in advance for the free shuttle to the beach and outlet store. Our view outside our balcony was amazing

The hotel provided a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The bed was cozy and relaxing, perfect for resting. The balcony was clean and well arranged, giving a peaceful place to sit

You often have to wait a long time (there are elevators on two sides, and the one for long-term guests on higher floors can go down). ③ Other: A 500 AED cash deposit is required upon check-in

Metro is just outside but not directly connected to hotel. You will need to use the entrance at the back. Make sure you use the correct elevator

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel is well equipped for a short stay

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are caring and kind. 🫶🏻😊 The downside is its distance from the metro, the sea, and major attractions — i had to take a taxi everywhere

The security second to none and you always feel safe and secure. House Keeping are amazing and will clean your room daily if you want them to, to a high standard

This was my first time staying here but the staff and accommodations was absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend it for any visiting group of companies and family holidays! Even have a shuttle to the city which truly helps if that’s what you’re looking for! Grounds well kept and exceeded expectations!

The hotel has beautiful, spacious grounds. The breakfasts are delicious and varied (smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, eggs Benedict, and more). Everything is always very clean and friendly.

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

The area is under a lot of construction & doesn’t feel idyllic ! We booked a sea view room not near the lift & were slightly disappointed as we were tucked in a corner looking at other rooms not the best sea view & were directly behind the lift which was noisy day & night ☹️ The hotel did acknowledge our Anniversary by putting some balloons & 2 towel swans in the room which was a nice touch a greatly...

The staff were always a step ahead an so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in the room and by the pool. The pool was busy, but well controlled, and all children were directed to the shallower pools

My wife and I vacationed there in September 2025. Now we know we can safely go there with our child. The level of service and comfort is 5. When other hotels open nearby, the Rick will definitely become a 5

The waterpark was actually so fun too! As two adults, we never thought we’d be running circles to go down the slide. The staff looked like they enjoyed laughing at my fear as much as I did going down them

A standard resort hotel with new facilities. We booked a Club Room with a palm view, and all three meals could be enjoyed in the lounge. Guests also have access to the amenities at the old Atlantis.

However, I would have preferred if the bathtub faced the sea rather than being tucked away inside the bathroom. Honestly, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need, you wouldn’t even want to leave

The location is convenient, quite close to Aura Skypool and the mall. It seems like the hotel attracts a lot of business travelers. The hotel has its own beach, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to experience it.

Taking the free hotel bikes for a spin was lovely. Taxis are easy to find, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Palm Jumeirah observation deck, which is inside a mall with plenty of shopping and dining options

I booked a double bed, but got a king-sized one. It was fine though, as the staff proactively helped me set up the sofa bed. If your English isn't great, communication might be a bit challenging

A very comfortable and luxurious hotel. It's clean, grand, and has an excellent location. The hotel staff are very welcoming, especially in the lobby, which is incredibly spacious and impressive with a very modern design

All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches

However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM

The facilities are world-class – the private beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and every meal we had was delicious

The pool areas were lovely with life-jackets and a dedicated kids pool, there can't be many hotels that have a free waterpark this size on the doorstep either! The beach was stunning with great views and watersports (the jet ski was great fun)

I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one

Great location and facilities. Service generally pretty good but the breakfast in the buffet restaurant was busy and service was reflective of that.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with unbeatable sea views. There are numerous swimming pools and water attractions, so many that you can't possibly try them all

What really stood out to me were the staff at camp safari! Caroline and Sophie you really made my daughter's holiday! They truly are an asset to your team. Thank you for everything we can't wait to come back 💖

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

Overall, Centara Mirage Beach Resort is a very nice resort with great food, excellent pools, and exceptionally friendly staff. Both our children and we as parents had a wonderful time

Out of the three hotels we've stayed at in Dubai, this one is definitely the best. It's on an island that's still under development, but the location isn't far and is very convenient

It’s a bit old property, rooms are a bit small. Sea view definitely worth it, you can enjoy the scenery and drone show. But big green and really nice territory of the hotel. A lot of different food options

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants

The room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet — exactly what you hope for. I especially want to highlight the service in the restaurant. The waitstaff were consistently attentive without ever being intrusive

Any request was taken care of immediately and handled reliably. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the quality of the food was excellent throughout. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons

What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime. They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well

We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us

When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED

Booked luxury room but booking (love holidays) didn’t make clear this was king only. “Downgraded” to standard room but only difference was sea view vs partial sea view
