We stay in beginning of July 2 nights but actually not enough. Place so big and many things for kids to play. Especially water park needs at least 1 day to spend

Obviously royal and luxury but little old. Famous and spacious inside. Worthy to have one night in life.

Everything was clean and nice a fun place to stay with family and they take great care of the kids. The kuds exploria is amazing. Thebuffe restaurants are really nice as well. Mist of the personal are very friendly.

Superb Hotel – The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. At check-in, they upgraded our room for free, and also provided late checkout. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing

Asked for my plans and offered suggestion such as the shuttle service to Dubai Mall and also asked if I required to check out late and provided me with complimentary late check out time

The fitness center is not very big but is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was crowded but visually pleasing. The nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk away

The breakfast buffet at Kitchen6 had plenty of variety, though honestly, I didn’t find the overall taste of dishes to be anything special compared to other buffet places

The beach is great! There are always free sun loungers, no matter what time you come. The distance between neighboring sun loungers is huge, so no one bothers you. Other hotels in this area cannot boast such a beach

Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly

The waterpark was actually so fun too! As two adults, we never thought we’d be running circles to go down the slide. The staff looked like they enjoyed laughing at my fear as much as I did going down them

So many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including vegetarian and vegan options, if that’s your thing. Honestly still think about these buffets now that I’m home

Most guests are families with kids, but it wasn't noisy or disturbing for us as a couple. Spa area was a bit boring: a small sauna and jacuzzi. Overall, 100% recommended, and we wish we could come again

When I returned to the room, I was surprised that my bags had been taken out and I could not find them until I went down again and searched for them despite my request to return them several times over more than two hours

The hotel did try to make up for it by offering a late check-out by two hours, which we appreciated. Another aspect that could be enhanced is the ambience and interior design of the hotel rooms and restaurants

There were a few small issues: the staff promised a toothbrush but didn’t provide it, and there were no clear instructions on how to get the shuttle, which made it hard to find. Also, the blanket had a small spot on it

We had a wonderful short stay during our transit flight. The customer service and receptionist were warm and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which made our travel very convenient

Very nice and courteous staff. The front desk staff Youseff and Giovanni were helpful on guiding us for any queries with a smile. The pleasant nature of Ibrahim during morning breakfast made our day.

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

The room has a balcony and the service is very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, more suitable for Europe and America. There are almost no Chinese people in the whole hotel, only foreigners

It is very close to the castle market, and you can eat and go shopping on foot

It should be a problem of foreign language proficiency, because we all studied and grew up abroad. I wanted a bill today, and it took me a whole day to send emails and Whatsapp, but I still haven't received it

Because there was a guest in our room who was going to check in in the afternoon, we were moved to another room, so we were charged half of the room rate.  The room is still very beautiful

My friend lost a pair of shoes halfway through, and although he found them, there was an extra pair of socks in the shoes when he found them. It felt like someone had tried them on
