This is an older hotel. Everyone, try to book the Royal Atlantis if you can. The waterparks for both hotels are connected. If you plan to have the buffet, book early as reservations fill up quickly.

Compared to Atlantis Sanya, this place is a completely different beast. The service is miles apart, and the whole concept is totally different. An absolutely amazing experience! We got upgraded to a suite facing Palm Jumeirah for Chinese New Year, which was fantastic! The famous 'influencer pool' totally lived up to its hype, and all the recreational facilities were superb. We even had unlimited lobster at the New Year's Eve buffet. I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids. They didn't provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, or comb. I tried to go to the hotel's rooftop pool twice. The first time, my card wouldn't scan to let me in. The second time, I got there around 7:40 AM, and the lights were already off with no one around. Then I went to the outdoor pool. There was no staff at the towel station. I book this hotel stay for my mom and brother. They really enjoy the stay and the srrvice staffs are very friendly. We are especially in awe because they have really big swimming pool that is overlooking the beach. The view is impressive!
