City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments in Dubai

Excellent hotel apartments in Dubai marina, located right beside Marina walk. Superb service, very clean, very spacious and very much accessible to Dubai tram and Shoba realty metro station. Very accommodating and helpful staff. We stayed in premium apartments having balcony with marina view and it was worth the penny. Parking also very spacious and easy to access. Few supermarkets also nearby with room delivery service. Highly recommended for family.

A very good option for this price. This spacious room features a hallway, two bathrooms, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen. It includes a built-in washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, and large refrigerator. The embankment and metro are nearby, a 5-minute walk away. The hotel shuttle takes you to the beach in the morning. The return walk is about 15 minutes past beautiful hotels. It's a very nice room, and most importantly, it's quiet.

- Excellent Location of the Hotel. Right on the Maria Walk which is a happening place and lively until late night. Miss. Clara was kind enough to upgrade our room and got a nice view of the Marina Waterside. Services are superb as we had forgot our Travel Adapter and the hotel provided us, pick up and drop off luggage from room to reception and back.
- Breakfast is good though I will not say it is out of expectations.
- Close proximity to supermarkets & restaurants. Also walkable distance to JBR Beach.
- Close to Sobha Reality Metro Station, also walkable.
- There is construction work going on in nearby area so there is loud noise in the morning hours, people with light sleep will get disturbed. This is not an issue on the Hotel side but any Hotel near by will have similar issues.
- My booking details were somehow compromised and I had got fraudulent message on WhatsApp to validate my Card details. Hotel staff were prompt in responding when I asked if this is genuine and they asked to ignore. Reported to Booking.com and waiting for a response.

The experience was really awesome . We had one2 bedroom apartment and one 3 bedroom apartment. The bathroom needs some renovation but this is a minor quip as they are not bad by any means .location in my honest opinion is the best in Dubai for tourists - marina walk is serine .

Great location. Perfect services, excellent view

Our stay was fabulous! Amenities terrific and the staff were impeccable. A special shout out to Vineetha who was outstanding. She looked after us all and in particular our dear dad. Included Valet service was a bonus feature. Location perfectly positioned on the marina. We will be back!

Amazing service – the staff were very kind and welcoming. We arrived quite early, and they happily let us use all the facilities while we waited for our room. They also offer secure luggage storage, which was really convenient. The location is great too – just a 20-minute, easy and flat walk to the beach, and close to plenty of food options for eating out.
