I don't know if it was a Trip.com or the hotel's mistake, but the service was very accurate, and they even gave me a free room upgrade, so I had a comfortable stay.
The location is right next to the Marina Mall, and if you go up the ridiculous parking lot road, you'll reach the main entrance.
It's close to the Xline and the yacht office, so the location is great.
There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and I liked it as a value-for-money hotel.
The breakfast, in my opinion, was disappointing for the price.
We've already mentioned the hairdryer and electrical outlet. There's no outlet near the mirror in the room, and there's no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to dry our hair in the kitchen.
Also, there's construction going on in front of the hotel, with demolition trucks working since 7:30 AM. The windows are quite noisy.
The booking included complimentary fruit, but it wasn't delivered until we reminded them the next day.
Otherwise, everything was fine.
However there was a construction side right across the road which produces enormous noise during the day.
The staff were genuinely helpful—especially QASIM. This cheerful, kind man truly went above and beyond. When my car was involved in a minor collision with another guest’s vehicle at the hotel, Qasim stood by us every step of the way. He followed up on the matter and showed genuine care for both parties until the issue was fully resolved. He really deserves our deepest thanks and appreciation.
However, a couple of things could be improved. The sofa in the apartment’s living area was not comfortable. Also, we noticed some insects inside the apartment—though this might be related to us occasionally opening the windows.
