The service is very good. The Filipino receptionist is very accommodating and very nice to us. The security guard is very polite.
The room is great, but there's leaking on the kitchen's floor but other than that everything is great.
Location is also good because it is near metro.

I stayed for 15 days in a deluxe room. The service was excellent, the people at the desk very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping always super nice and the cleaning was perfect. The breakfast was very good, even though the same options were available every day.

A really nice place to stay, very clean, highly maintained and the staff are just truly wonderful. They are always available to assist and will always do their best to accomadate you with all the enquiries you got.
I been staying here for 2 months now and honestly will love to continue longer if it wasnt for the high season.
They are on point with cleaning the room and replacing the dirty towels and changing the bed sheets.
The staff is always warm and welcoming. Although I see them everyday, they always welcome me and wish me with a big smile on them which makes it a really warm place to stay. I will miss the place when I will have to leave 🥲.
I definitely recommend this place to everyone and being close to the metro it is quite convenient and this is the less crowded part of Barsha Heights so even better.

rented a deluxe apartment, firstly I want to note that I am amazed by the excellent service. the service here is clearly 5+, cleaning every day, 2-3 times a day, the attendants are always interested in whether something needs to be conveyed, is everything in order, the staff is all polite, very special thanks for security and confidentiality, no one comes to you without warning will come! thanks receptionist! everywhere is very clean!

The hotel after I did booking and full payment the hotel refused to check me in although the hotel has empty rooms. Because I booked from booking.com and the hotel want better rate. The stuff is not helping at all and it was ended with 5 hours in the street till I booked another hotel .. never book this hotel again i don’t recommend at all

All the staffs are accommodating,responsive and have a very good attitude towards the guest. Especially Angie,who have been very helpful to us and gives us the best customer service (everyone does but Angie is one of the best ) I personally recommend this hotel..

We will never comeback! We stayed last September 17-18, 2021. They served expired bottled water from July 20 2021. We raised a complaint last Friday 2 hours after we checked in but after so many calls and update to their reception, they are telling that they informed to their management. Where is the action until 6PM this Sunday I did not hear anything from them.
Me and my pregnant wife has almost consumed the 2 bottles of water. We are informed that it is okay to drink to think that I was expired from 2 months back? How sure are they?
We are worried as my wife is on her first trimester of pregnancy. We have requested for an incident report on what happened but until now they are not providing it.
Please prioritize the safety of your guest. This is high level of concern. This is alarming!!!
Health and safety of your guest should be your priority also.
Always check google reviews guys. This is a lesson learned to us.
PLEASE for the sake of everyone be careful, your health is IMPORTANT.
