Adagio Premium The Palm Apart-hotel in Dubai

Great location and easy check-in process. Everything was smooth and stress-free.

The hotel facilities are excellent and comprehensive, the environment is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a private beach just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Excellent family-friendly stay at Adagio Premium The Palm
We had a wonderful stay at Adagio Premium The Palm and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, with daily housekeeping that kept the room perfectly clean. The food was very good, with plenty of options, and the location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything The Palm has to offer.
The private beach is a big plus, and the rooftop pool was absolutely perfect for a family vacation with children — clean, relaxing, and with an amazing view.
Special thanks to Darshana and Hashan, who took great care of us at the rooftop pool and made sure everything was excellent throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Excellent service and welcoming staff

I had a great experience at Adagio Aparthotel Premium. The front desk team were incredibly helpful and welcoming from start to finish. A special thanks to Abu, Nwe, and Natasha for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail — they really made the stay smooth and stress-free.

The service was efficient, friendly, and well-organised, which makes a big difference when you’re travelling. I genuinely felt looked after. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

just back from a week half board at this hotel and wow it was amazing.
i got really good last minute deal a week before flying to dubai.
The team here are always wanting to ensure you have a fab stay 24/7 reception staff always greet you and available to help.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect with the private beach and great for some lovely walks.
The breakfast is outstanding fresh daily coffees and teas fruit pancakes waffles and omelettes and even lots of cakes you didn’t go hungry. the team again are there straight away making sure you have everything you need. lily and amelia where standouts

the good option at this hotel with half board is you can pick lunch or tea so great if you fancy a tea out you also get water and cordial available which isn’t always included in half board. i would say the tea option lacked variety and wasn’t always hot in the warming plates so i don’t think i would choose half board again here but for the price we paid it was a nice option to have.

we stayed in a one bedroom apartment as there was 3 adults and a child we had 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms which wasn’t expected and having the added kitchen was also a plus the room was cleaned daily by ali edgar and dunam and nothing again was to much trouble.

the pool was also great it was small but could always get a bed the 2 life guards i’ve unfortunately forgotten there names were fantastic always happy and made my little girl feel special haves her some toys to play with in the pool.

The only thing i would say that let the hotel down is the road noise at night when it was busy the rooms are not sound proofed so you can here constant beeping of cars which only seemed to happen on our stay friday and sat evening around 10pm-2am for what must be party drop offs and pickups we were in a room directly at the road i’m not sure if you were at the back of hotel this may make a difference but if i stayed again i would take ear plugs to block the noise.

overall a fantastic week in dubai would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We stayed for three nights and it was great for kids. The private beach was more family and health focussed and no alcohol was served. The rooms and service was great quick check in great cleaning, really tidy and clean upon arrival.
The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had! Loved the warm vegetables! Always love the middle eastern food and the pot coffee was actually really nice.
The service at breakfast was really lovely too! Liya, Dilwer, Abdulla and Amelia really looked after us!
Location was great too easy walk to shops, a mall and organic Healthfood store!
The only issue we had was the noise from the road when our door was open. But if you shut the door the room was quiet.

The stay was really good. Regardless that one shift of room service was not so kind. They look or drop luggage, leave it open with some goods on the floor. Also gave us one old, torn towel.
The reception staff very kind, helpful. Breakfast superb. Room was clean, not noise from outside. To say true all staff in eating area very kind, pleasant.
The beach is few steps away. Great walking promenade.
So if not this one room service staff, all is on high level.
Also be careful with public transportation. During our stay monorail was closed for all 3 days, so we need to take taxi each time going from and back to hotel.

This is not our first stay at the hotel, so overall we knew what to expect. We like the location and the staff is polite. The only thing that marred our stay was that upon check-out, the hotel deducted 50 dirhams from the deposit. I was told it was for using the beach. But previously, the beach was free for hotel guests. I think this point should be added to the description. I was very upset.

A v opisanii nigde ne skazano, chto on vnezapno stal platnym.
