The women's room is a bit dark, and the furniture is quite old. There aren't enough bedside tables for everyone, so it's unclear how they're meant to be shared. Otherwise, it's good: the staff are polite and they clean every day.

I had a very good experience at the U.A.E. Youth Hostel Association. The place is clean, well-organized, and peaceful. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall environment is safe and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient as well. A great option for short stays or quick visits. Highly recommended.

Since 8 years every time I stay in Dubai I am a guest in this Hostel. For me personally its my favoured 7☆ Hotel! Even booking a shared room for my long time stay (3 month) I was alone in the room. Location-wise, it’s a great choice with a metro station nearby. The hotel offers budget-friendly rooms at reasonable prices. The rooms and amenities are adequately maintained. However, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. A pool is also available.

Convenient location for when moving around Dubai. Just in front of metro

We stayed Rose garden hotel apartments for almost 1month and had an absolutely wonderful time. Great service provided. It was so amazing hotel feel like our own sweet home. We had a great apartment with 4 bathrooms, a huge living room, a large kitchen, and two bedrooms. It's a very good apartment for a family.

Large suites, older style yet very clean but roadworks in front. The team was very helpful to upgrade to large suite with less noise. Location is good. Good for families but as I was alone, I prefer smaller and newer places.

Balanced & Fair: "My stay at Sunday Suites Excelsior was just okay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Deira and close to the Salah Al Din Metro Station. The kitchen sink is clogged but overall our stay is okay. TV is old and not smart TV which why we cannot connect our phone to watch shows we want to watch. Near the metro and mall.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. And luckily for me, he was the room attendant of our hotel room, his name is (Sakib), I was very happy with his service, he made us feel like we were in a luxurious room,,A very cute and cheerful boy. The decor was a bit ugly, but when the room is just to sleep in, it doesn't matter. Comfortable bed, hot water, good water pressure, etc. essentials one would hope for. Oddly I wasn't able to turn off bright ceiling lights in the hallway... Maybe I'm dumb, but more likely it was a fire escape safety feature gone wrong that would've been better placed at floor level

This hotel was just okay. I arrived around 7 AM after a 6 AM flight, feeling incredibly sleepy, and they kept insisting check-in wasn't until 2 PM. There's a subway station two minutes' walk away. The area is predominantly Black and Indian residents, and the moment you step into the room, you can smell curry.

The building needs a proper refurbishment from the inside. The air con also needs maintenance. The staff are friendly. The corridors needs more lighting.

It's an old hotel apartment but you can surely find it satisfying for the money you pay.. It offers a very good atmosphere for family and friends. It has a roof top swimming pool and very near to nice restaurants

Well If I compare with conventional 3 star or 4 star then may be ESHA would be less in offering all the facilities but overall It is a good choice specially if you are staying with family. Yes the carpet on the floor needs to be replaced and Bathrooms are smelly though neat and clean.

Shown pictures of the rooms doesn't match with the existing rooms. Pictures maybe taken short after opening of the hotel. 5th floor is ok but the furniture is damaged everywhere. Has to be replaced as soon as possible. AC's on the balkony very very noisy. 4th floor is ok as well.... furniture us in good conditions. For the monthly costs of nearly 8000AED you'll find better hotels in Fujairah. For me...

Excellent aparthotel, but unfortunately has closed down. They offer just rental of units for a year.

The hotel is very clean, employees are very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has a nice swimming pool on the roof and also a good GYM. I tried ordering pizza from their dine in restaurant and it was perfect !! There is a bus station in-front of the hotel.

Not only is the price fair, the hotel was very nice, clean and very convenient with a quick 10d cab ride to the metro. I felt very comfortable, day and night, the restaurants in the local area were very nice, and there were at least 2 supermarkets next door. I will definitely stay again!

Place is ok. Not the best location for tourists. Most of room facilities were broken when I checked in but they fixed it the following day. Overall it's ok and cheap for long stays.

The apartment staffs are helpful but the facilities provided are not up to the expectations.
