The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining everything to a high standard each day. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out.
I raised this issue on the same day, but I was told that no other rooms were available. When I asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist stated that he handled everything and did not offer any further assistance or solution.
I also contacted TripAdvisor regarding this matter. They informed me that they were disappointed as well and that they did not receive a proper or satisfactory response from the hotel.
I am very unhappy with the service and the overall experience. I did not receive what I paid for, and the room was not in a livable condition. Based on this.
