Grand Royal in Chernovtsy

So: we were in Chernivtsi for 7 nights, the hotel was very clean, huge beds with orthopedic mattresses, white towels and bedding, robes and slippers, all the necessary accessories. Rooms: very spacious and cozy, the room has everything you need: a kettle, tea, coffee, a refrigerator. And in general, the interior was delightful, since the prices for the rooms are very low. Restaurant: you can order food to your room, everything is very tasty at reasonable prices, of course there was one nuance with the fish, but I think they took everything into account and will fix it). The restaurant staff is very attentive and courteous. Special thanks to the girls-administrators for helping with any questions, care and just warmth! I wish success and prosperity to Grand Royal. ❤️

We stayed for 2 nights. The room is large, comfortable and clean. There is a separate table with a mirror, which turned out to be very convenient for my wife. Also a large bathroom. The air conditioner works for heating. Smart TV, you can download content from your smartphone or watch directly from the TV. Good Wi-Fi. We lived on the 5th floor, the restaurant is on the 9th, but due to the elevator, no discomfort was felt. It is obvious that the hotel is new, relatively recently opened. Very tasty breakfast, was included in the room rate (buffet). The restaurant has a panoramic view of the city, there is a balcony for smokers. The historical center is 15-20 minutes walk away. Parking is in front of the entrance, but unfortunately it was completely occupied. We parked 30 meters further. Then, when a place became free right in front of the hotel, we reparked. There is also a guarded parking lot right across the road, 17 UAH / day. But we did not look for entry from the courtyards, because it was already late in the evening. Overall, we liked everything very much.

The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and clean. My two-bedroom room had: air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, two armchairs and a coffee table, two bedside tables and a table. I will say the following about the bathroom: a spacious shower cubicle in the form of a partitioned glass, a toilet and a washbasin in the bathroom countertop. A hair dryer and a huge mirror. There are slippers, gel and shampoo for bathing. They also give a disposable sealed toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel has a modern elevator. Breakfast is included in the stay. Breakfast is served on the 9th floor in the restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet. A huge selection of dishes. Polite waiters.

I stayed at that hotel for a couple of days, and the most unpleasant and confusing part was the service at the reception. Their bad attitude. I can handle it usually, but when I mentioned something in my room wasn’t working and they responded with ‘everything works there,’ followed by an unwilling ‘ok, I’ll send somebody to your room,’ with a look of frustration, I really didn’t like it.

We recently stayed her for a week. The room and building were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the restaurant a few times (cost of 200 UAH per person) and the selection was good. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance nearby, as well as a market and shopping centre. The elevator is quite small and takes a bit to make its rounds - but this was just a minor inconvenience. We had a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Everything is done in the same style, cozy. The room had a balcony, clean and comfortable. There were tiles on the floor throughout the room, a minus to the coziness, but more hygienic. There were no robes and toothbrushes in the room (I think you need to take them at the reception right away). We were greeted warmly despite the late check-in. The price of the room included breakfast. I would like to separately note the restaurant on the 9th floor! The views are stunning, large hall.

Brand-new, nice and tidy hotel. I stayed in room #503. The room was large and bright, fully equipped, large bathroom.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Chernivtsi.
