23.2.2026 restaurant 6/5 tasty,marvellous design and view,quick service! Hotel 4/5 booked a standard (211) ++spotless clean,nice design --incredible poor soundisolation of doors to corridor and wifi didnt worked anywhere, no minibar or coffeeset in a 4*? Adressed this at reception to very professional receptionist and she provided me with a free upgrade to a suite (201) and a wifi box. Top! But this doesnt solve the problem with the standardrooms and the wifi.

Hotel is very good, very clean and comfort, staff helpful, polite and ready to help. Tasty breakfast and food in general. Highly recommend place for leisure travelers or conferences. Big conference hall with all nesseccary things. And good SPA zone as a bonus)

Lovely place with a picturesque view to the mounting area nearby. Friendly and cheerful staff, very affordable prices. Highly recommended for staying and /or having good food.

excellent hotel, service at a very high level. bombing tinctures, last time I took 15 pieces :) next to the NP to Kiev you can transfer it, so as not to mess around, I recommend

It seems to be an old Soviet building recently renovated.
The rooms are extremely tiny 10-12 meters, it's enough just for a night. It's impossible to spend there more time, it feels like you're on a box.
At the room we had (second floor) the WiFi signal was very poor.
The location is bad as well, there is no feeling that you're at mountains at all, just a little province town. The only advantage we found the restaurant works until midnight.
Resume: I'd not recommend to stay here and I really regret that we did, there are many more cool places in the neighborhood.

Rooms are small but affordable for 1-2 nights. We stayed for 8 nights and we were not satisfied with the level of service. We requested to leave early on our third night and the front desk mentioned they were not able to provide us with a refund. Food: sometimes they have a full breakfast buffet but not sure if buffet is the right word for it. If you want a second cup of coffee you have to pay for it. When they didn’t have a buffet there were selected items on the menu for breakfast and if you wanted jam you had to pay for it. During buffet the jam was Included no sense. Drunk guests banging on doors during the weekend. The Spa and restaurant waiters were great!

In the first room was no duvet cover ++ next room the hair dryer doesen't work and the cool/hot water in the shower was twisted ++ And now the unbelievable story ever:
IT'S NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE 4* HOTEL AFTER 1am !!!!!!!!!!!
Very nice when you arrived at midnight after a 10 h ride and want to go out for a walk..
That is not a 4* Hotel... It looks like a modern jail :-(
