We booked a hotel on Booking for one price, arrived, and they gave us a price three times higher. The hostess of the hotel, in Russian, made a scandal. The mall does not have such prices and Booking is completely to blame. Since there was no time to look for a new hotel, we paid three times more for one room, and not for two, as we booked.
Regarding the pool. The administrator said that we could use it. One day everything was fine, the next we arrived, and the hostess was resting there and said that it was private property.
In the room, the handle in the shower was dangling, it was not screwed on, the air conditioner worked, but did not cool, the closet was filled with blankets, there was nowhere to put things, one light bulb out of five worked. Well, everything in that spirit. Very steep stairs and all covered with animal fur. The animals are beautiful, unlike the owners.
Be vigilant if you book this hotel. Be sure to negotiate the price for accommodation, otherwise there will be a "surprise". And don't expect much in terms of amenities.

We booked a hotel a month before our trip on Booking.com. The price for a three-night room was 900 UAH. We chose this hotel only because of the price and the nice courtyard with a pool. We arrived from Odessa, an 18-hour train ride, filled out the check-in forms, and were told the price was three times higher. She immediately started asking questions and showed us the Booking.com page, where the price and number of nights were clearly written out. The receptionist called the "owner" of the hotel. This "owner" rushed in without a hello or a goodbye, started yelling at us from the doorway, claiming she knew nothing and had nothing to do with it. A scene ensued, and the whole hotel started screaming. We had all the evidence, showed her, but she didn't even want to look, spouting nonsense about who we were and that Booking.com was to blame for everything. Thanks to the understanding receptionist, we reach a compromise to at least lower the price, as it's not practical to ditch the room with our suitcases and look for a new hotel. We check into a completely different room, where only one of the five light bulbs works, the handle has fallen off, the freezer doesn't cool, and the air conditioning barely works. That same day, the receptionist called and said we could swim in the pool without any problems. We went swimming the first day. On the second day, we arrived, and the owner was lying there with her friend, complaining, "This is private property." We told her we were told we could. Her friend chimed in, saying the owner has bad employees and they should all be fired. The hotel's attitude immediately ruined our impressions of the trip; it was downright disgusting to be there, but there was no other way. If you're staying with them through Booking.com, it's best to confirm the exact price in advance.

The rating can only be given for the location. We needed to go to the clinic across the street. We didn't book anything in advance because we didn't have to spend the night at all and we didn't find anything, it's more understandable day by day, but now it's clear why there were places here.
But it's better to spend the night in the car, the hotel is just awful, if not for the room itself and "like with a shower and toilet", just a nasty hostel with the price of a hotel. I've never spent the night anywhere so disgusting.
