good hotel with budget room prices! warm, cozy! but there is one but!... at the reception they are met unfriendly, rude, behave rudely! no respect for guests! to my adequate questions such as: why and why is this necessary, the woman at the reception did not express herself culturally and kicked me out of the hotel!!! do not recommend!!!☝🏼 no respect for guests from Europe! minus 1 guest of your hotel! my recommendations will not be about you to other people!

We have a booked a room here one week ago by phone. Yesterday we called back just to check and we were informed that the hotel was full and they didn't have our booking. Dissapointing and to be avoided...

Although I didn’t expect much, I was pleasantly surprised with our 4-night stay here. The rooms were well-kept, had heating (we were in the middle of December), and nice amenities like a teapot and tea. The employees were especially nice, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for a pleasant stay :)

Such a nice place to spend a couple of nights. This hotel located on the outskirts of the city, tho it's not far from city center. Here's no noise just a cozy and warm atmosphere, stuff is polite, rooms are clean, prices are affordable. Nothing to complain:D

The rooms are quiet big and have a lot of space. But this is the only good thing. It was smelling of chigarrets, dust and dirt! Also dirty used towels were in room. And i was staying in their best room!!! Pillows and blankets were also not washed and dirty. I will defenetly do not return there!
