Nice hotel with really friendly staff, they cooked for us and heated up the sauna

We spent there 3 nights. Perfect place for a group of friends. The staff was really friendly. Nice and clean rooms, sauna, barbeque places, nice food etc. We will definitely spent time in this quiet and friendly place again)

Very good place. Came with a group for a vacation - everyone was satisfied. Here you have a bathhouse, a salt room, a river, and even a separate hut where you can grill barbecue. The staff is also at the highest level - everyone is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and give advice. And the kitchen, well, just like mom's :3

Amazing Hotel with very reasonable prices! If you are spending time in Bukavel Resort this place is the best! Its 20 minutes from the ski lifts and it offers amazing food at great prices! Awesome staff very helpful! Clean rooms and just an all around great experience! Recommend !

Oksana is a great hostess that truly care for the hotel guess. The hotel room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Some rooms does share bathroom and shower. Very clean, comfortable, bilesenki towels, bedding mehachysta. The balcony view Hoverla and Petros. The only negative - from the highway and a half kilometers of bad roads. If you have experience driving and all-wheel drive car, it will call no problems. If a car with front-wheel drive is worth considering, and if the rear should not even try.

A great place to relax your mind and body! This place is wonderful with hospitable and decent hosts, remoteness from the bustle of the city and, of course, the very atmosphere of the mountains! We have been resting here once a year for the past 15 years and every visit brings unforgettable emotions! Definitely recommend!

Lovely place with amazing landscape and clean rooms, it features a spa, kids room, restaurant. The Junior suite was nice but there’s no AC which you might need during a hot summer day and their breakfast need to be improved. The staff don’t speak English though!

Nice rooms and good food, BUT, at the moment we booked the rooms there was a different location of the accommodation marked on the map. Obviously the location was 3km closer to the slope.. on an empty field. Because it would be bad that others get fooled as well I'll post a snapshot with the real location of the accommodation with respect to the slopes in Bukovel.

7 days stay. Very clean, people here struggled to fulfill our needs even though their English was bad. Food was mostly greasy and fat but you could chose lighter things too. The only downside of this place from my point of view was that every outside sound would get through the thin wood walls so get your earplugs ready if you're not up for some Ukrainian style screaming starting from 11 pm.

Rested in this hotel from 04.12 to 08.12.25 with children. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Serving, taste - everything is at its best. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room is warm, clean and always with light (there is a generator). If you are planning an active vacation - and a hotel for rest on comfortable beds and always with warm water - this is the best option.

The apartment was normal. Maybe that's all what I can say good about this place. Sauna and vat didn't bring me enough relax as I expected. The begin of vacation started from problems with check in. In general, journey was repaired by my friends and Carpathians. So if you have good company for traveling, you can stay at that place but only with this conditions.

Cheap adequate hotel in 10km from Bukovel

I want to leave my review about the rest in Charleston Estate Bukovel. It was the best holiday ever. Vacationing with my husband. The hotel has a unique interior design. Friendly staff, delicious food. Special thanks to the restaurant for delicious food. I advise everyone who is resting there to definitely visit the bath. Vacation was top notch.

Nice and clean hotel. Some trouble communicating with staff since I don't speak Ukrainian, but they were still very nice and helpful - and Google translate is a great tool! No restaurant at the hotel (only breakfast) but there is one very close by that serves great borscht. I enjoyed my stay!

I have visited only restaurant. Prices are really good. It is really home food as the banner outside promises. Food is tasty but could be a bit hotter. I really liked Derun karpatski. It's a potato pancake with chicken inside. Try it if you'll eat there.
