The hotel itself is decent, and the price/quality ratio is excellent, but there was one thing that ruined our entire stay on the very first evening. We were held up at customs and left the receptionist a tip as a token of gratitude. The man then decided to cheat us out of 150 euros, thinking we had too much money to tip. We went back and asked for our money back, but were met with some silly excuses and prices written in pencil on a scrap of paper. It was an unpleasant experience.

One of our favorite hotels in the region. I go there for more than five years. Staff excellent food tasty and incredibly cheap, there are local and European. Is worth something only salmon asparagus with orange sauce, excellent pizza, God is shorter probably the most delicious thing I've ever had to eat compared with Kiev valuable free. A few days ago, our presence was an incident with the people who come to the restaurant to eat in the street the gentleman refused to show the certificate COVID and he was not allowed in the restaurant filed his companion and she was asked to go to the restaurant and of course the man rolled his scandal. For me it is a big plus for this institution than a minus.

Very good conditions, very clean, beautiful view, silent, nice personal, tasty cheap food, close to Bukovel, good price for rent rooms!

When more people were staying in a room, because there were not enough rooms, they promised a discount for the inconvenience, so to speak, but during the calculation they took 400 hryvnias per person. That is, the room cost us UAH 2,000 in the period from January 14. Although five-person rooms are not provided at all on the booking site.
To eat in a cafe, you have to go through the yard.

Passing through as I visit the Karpathians and amazing food and authentic Ukrainian culture is felt through out he entire region. Winters are very brutal and each year many improvements to the are apparent. The off is great the people are great and much work is ongoing to make each day better than the day before. To rest and enjoy authentic native food and people in the area is a treasure only found in the region of the Karpathians. Yes nicer places exist if you want to go to Bukovel, but I tell you you will not see any other place more true to the western Ukraine native culture of the Karpathians. Please stop when you come near the region and will enjoy conversations and food with the natives.
