nice view, high skills with hotel management also , top notch arrogance

Nice place, spacious rooms, decent breakfast and that is for reasonable price, From minuses I would pick bad noise isolation.
That was firs time, second time I booked this hotel the cancelled my reservation 12 hour before arrival, and I was unable to found hotel as till that time everything was already booked (

Overall hotel looks new and fancy, but there are a lot of BUTs that doesn't allow you to relax and have a comfortable rest.

Placement:

Really close to Bukovel resort, about 20 minutes driving by car. Hotel stays 100 meters from the main road, BUT the road to the hotel itself is a mix of dirt and breakstone so your car and yourself would be smudged in dirt if the weather is wet.

Reception/Check-in:

There is a woman on reception BUT she acts as a man-in-a-middle between you and hotel administrator. She can't check you in and give you a key from a room without an approval of administrator even though she sees your booking receipt. As administrator is not full-time available in a hotel, checking in might take 15-25 minutes. It's also hard to find someone at the reception cause they hotel stuff appears there from time to time only and there were no one at the reception whole night when we needed assistance with calling ambulance. Hotel stuff also tried to charge us more than we had to pay during check-in because we've moved our stay dates despite the fact that we've previously called them and agreed to move the dates + got the approval from them that it's ok to do so - we've payed correct amount eventually, but the situation was quite uncomfortable.

Rooms:

Room was spacious and clean with large windows and panoramic view BUT there were chinks in those windows and as the weather was cold and windy it was too cold inside. Besides there were no room service at all, towels weren't changed, toilet paper and shower gel weren't renewed, room wan't cleaned up at all, etc.

Food:

IMPORTANT: Be very careful with the food you eat and the water/tea you drink in a cafe at Brooklyn hotel. We and our friends (14 people in total) had stayed in this hotel for 3 days, so we used to had breakfasts/dinners at their cafe - as a result 12 of 14 had got intestinal infection. It's looks like not only this particular hotel had the issue, cause we've heard from people from other hotels in Yablunytsya village that they had food/water poisoning. While buying medicine in a local drug store pharmacist had told us that we'd better buy bottled water in Yablunytsya.
