Unfortunately, I also had an unpleasant experience during the winter holidays, I visited Ukraine and chose the destination Bukovel, I stayed at the Arnika Hotel about 5km away from the slope. So the first impression when I arrived at the hotel was that the rooms were not ready, I mention that I was 3 hours late, initially I have to stay at 12.00, the staff is not prepared to work with tourists, they are not kind and always look at you with bad eyes, for 3 days no one cleaned the room. The kitchen is very bad and at a cosmic price, the person taking the order always confuses the orders. While I was at the hotel I ordered the sauna and cyan, I paid for everything but no one explained the conditions to me, unpleasant impression, if someone wants to try better, avoid staying in this hotel. And one more moment Ukraine namely Bukovel are not ready for very expensive tourists and nothing of quality. Be careful and study the tourist destinations before leaving !!!
