I am completely satisfied with the kitchen and living conditions. The only thing is that the sockets are a little far from the table and bed. But in general - everything is great. I lived here for more than a month on a business trip and I have no complaints.

We visited the Kook restaurant, not satisfied with the long wait for food. We waited 1.30 hours for the derun. We also didn't like the tea in the kettle, water and 5 fruit seeds, I don't recommend it...

We stoped at this beautiful place on our way to the border so we did not stay in the room . But we had very tasty meal at the restaurant : borshch , salads. Espresso was served as it should be 👌 in a warm cup. Also personal is excellent and extremely helpful 🤗. Very good wi-fi. Again thank you to Kook hotel and restaurant for the pleasant stop and positive emotions . Definitely will see you again...

Stopped after an excursion to the Strapchevskie caves for dinner I liked the restaurant very much, the design is tasteful, the food is served at a high level. Delicious. The sauces in the dishes are very interesting !!

For those who are in Lviv by car. To go from the center not far (there is no cobblestone road)), and the place near the forest and therefore very nice. The room is still brand new and fairly clean. The only downside - soundproofing ..

Pros: It feels very homey! The staff was absolutely captivating! It's a paradise for business travelers—supermarkets are nearby, but you can also find delicious food right there. The room is good. It is comfortable and quiet. The room really should have a fridge. Most every room in Ukraine has a fridge as well as a kettle. The breakfast is poor. The breakfast food in the chafing dishes was always cold! This really needs to be addressed!

It's a clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast. Beside the breakfast the hotel is stunning.

Excellent place, everything was fantastic from the rooms to the food . Take it from a French 4 star restaurant sous chef the dishes were absolutely amazing, perfect presentationt and an amazing taste. Rooms are cozy and clean. Dishes in Argo restaurant were extremely tasty with affordable price. I highly recommend you to try soups "Solyanka" and "Borshch", and Vareniki. Only negative sides were the location( far from the center) and little bit annoyed reception staff.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Lwiw. Realy nice rooms and the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. English is not the best from the employees but mine is also worse :D We talked with hands, feet and google translator and everything was working. Fully recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. The hotel is new, stylish. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable. They are good quality.

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. I have booked this hotel as it was in convenient location next to the Airport. The bed and pillows in the room were comfortable. The rooms are not noisy as the hotel is away from the main road. There was not enough lighting in the bathroom so you couldn't really see how dirty it was, but it wasn't cleaned properly as there were hair on the floor. Very friendly staff, cozy atmosphere🤗 We were warmly greeted even at 9 pm, check-in here is possible around the clock, which is not practiced in some hotels at all. Great location for transfer onto Kiev from Poland. Close to station (15 min walk) and 30 mins from the city center. Nice cozy rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff who navigated the complicated online only bookings system for train tickets.

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

Hotel for one night, noise insulation is very bad, bed linen is clean, the room has hot water and heating, with the temperature outside - 13 in the room was comfortable. There is no refrigerator in the room, so it is not worth staying here for a long time, but to each his own. There is free Wi-Fi.

Very cheap with basic utilities. Was perfect just for overnight stay. Reception is working 24/7 so had no problem with checkin after midnight.

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building. There's a restaurant Irena as well which I found very cozy and tasty. So I would definitely recommend it. PS: You can book it by calling there reception. No prepayment is required.

It’s quiet place easy to find and close to the railway station. They have simple but clean appartments and nice stuff. You can leave some of your large luggege with the security guard for safekeeping for free.

This is a nice and quiet hotel/hostel. As well a great place to stay if you need to be around the train station. A note on bolt/Uber the destination is 100 meters further down. But Google maps has the correct location

I Loved this place. big new renovated room, fridge, water cooker, air-conditioned...my only complained is the window blinds is too thin, they should replace a darker color so that guest can sleep good..but I will recommend this place..

I wouldn’t call this hotel exceptional as in some other opinions. It’s nice, clean and the staff are friendly. However, our rooms were never cleaned properly (they didn’t make and change the bedding which was really surprising considering the supposed standard and didn’t wash the glasses). There are no tissues in the rooms, nor coat hangers. Breakfast is not bad but not excellent either. Very plain...

Hotel is in a good condition. Bed mattress was very confortable. It is a disapointment that there was no place for our car at their parking, we had to leave our car at another private parking 500 meters from hotel for extra expenses. But hotel says that there is a private parking that do not require reservation which means they always have a slot for you. Also during booking procedure i've checked...

Nice rooms, good and quiet location, not so far from coty center, hospitality service. Everything is cozy and clean. The main issue was a parking place also there was a strange difference between the rooms for the same prive (in first we had a balcony and minibar and in second we didn’t)

The Quality of the rooms and the personal service is totally undervalued by the low price for the rooms. I was very impressed. Location only 7min with uber to airport (why I chose it). Close to perfect for my one night stay.
