It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

I can see some older comments regarding low restaurant quality. Rest assured, this year this has been dealt with. Service is nice and fast with awesome food. Cottage with patio is heavenly

Hotel is indeed grand, staff friendly and helpful, and the city was beautiful and vibrant, despite the current war with Russia

If not for that, we would have stayed a few more days, as we explored the city, Ternopil, Skalat and ancestry locations

My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise

Can't say enough about our visit to Lwow and our stay at the Grand Hotel. We were there for three nights and had a suite which was very economical after currency conversion

However, the good news was that the noise did turn off around 11PM (10 PM on some nights). But, why play music loudly late at night? The gym is nice, and would be nicer if it were open 24-hours (it's 7-9)

The spa could be amazing, but the chlorine is strong. The breakfast is quite good, and the staff is A+

The restaurant/breakfast is always good, and the service is amazing. The Rooms are so well kept up by the housekeeping staff and I just enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leopolis and I can’t wait to return to Lviv in a few months

When I started my reservation process, the front desk staff took of me with all of my multiple stays and transfers to & from the train station while I was in Lviv. They are the best and the hotel is just amazing

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

There are shops and cafes nearby. I walked to the center at a leisurely pace in 15 minutes

The room is clean, snow-white, bed linen, towels, slippers, shampoos, shower cap, shoe sponge, and a sewing kit (white, black, gray, red threads, a pin and buttons (what if someone lost a button before the conference!)) For each room they gave two electronic keys, gave a free map of the city, marked must-see objects on the map

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

What a wonderful hotel! The first thing I want to say is that it's so warm and welcoming! I really want to come back! It's a pleasure to interact with the staff: the girls at reception, the maid who simply brought an iron to our room—it's all done with such kindness and warmth

Bed sheets towel robe slippers all available and comfortable. SUPER thoughtful of bringing a platter of chocolate truffles and champagne to our room as we were celebrating my birthday. Everyone was so nice and helpful

I'd also like to mention the masseuse, both as a professional and as a person. Unfortunately, I didn't get the massage therapist's name, but she's been here since 2012, so you can't go wrong

Clean and tidy as well I stayed there for some days less then a week, have some nice breakfast with good service. Dinner was delicious it is situated like 10minutes walk from main street and close to center and busses

Out of this world. Really great quality. A top-class team. A VERY convenient 'main-base' so close to the Central Railway Station, yet far away enough from the traffic-polluted city-centre.

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

The hotel is 5-star. The staff was very professional throughout my stay. I am very satisfied.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you

The place is rather clean and new, the room is big and comfortable. As for breakfast, it's not what I expected, too simple and salty... In general I would recommend the hotel but not the cuisine.

It means, There are parking, clean and cozy apartment, cooking, coffee, pretty staff and one of impotent think for me it was - “BUt of healthy water” which near apartment, very near and their price about $18 per day! Worth visiting place, hotel - not many rooms but quality persuades, if you stay there for a while you will definitely come again and again because you will feel that comfort and convenience of the boutique hotel where the other services like restaurant and cafee are provided

Cozy rooms at very central city location. Breakfast is tasty and nicely served. Prices are...more then reasonable. We are happy to explore such a nice city at reasonable proximity of Lviv to get a break.

The only hotel in Truskavets with three-course dietary meals. 170 hryvnias In the day It is a 5-minute walk to the pump station. A bazaar with everything you need is an ATB market under the hotel itself

Pleasantly impressed with the price/quality ratio. The room is warm, clean, has a fridge and a kettle, TV, cable TV. Simple, home-made, delicious food, dietary, large portions - we never could finish it

It is a maximum of 10 minutes to the pump. There are many offers for treatment nearby - from inexpensive to very budget for every taste and wallet

We stayed in a quadruple room in August 2018. Free secure parking was available in the courtyard, the room was spacious, furnished with necessary furniture, clean linens, and hot water

Our vacation in Bohemia has just ended. Beautiful green area, orchard, pool (sorry, not the bathing season), the cleanliness of the room is perfect, everything is very restrained and concise

Love everything about this place, we were a bit vary on the drive in since it is still under construction but once you get in you are in a secluded paradise and it's lovely here

The food is so good we spent more money on it then we did on spa procedures lol. A great place to visit for 2-3 days. We will definitely come back this summer for more
