Was at the hotel "Europe" from March 10 (check-in) to March 13 (check-out), the weather is snow and -2 *. I got it through pokupon. I liked the room immediately, it corresponds to the photo. I was able to check in at about 11:30, the room was prepared in advance, and even the towel dryer in the bathroom was included (a separate huge plus for this). The suite is spacious, I took a two-room suite so that I could work and not disturb anyone. The bedroom is cozy, there is an air conditioner and a battery (it wasn’t enough for me, as a merzlyachka, but warm blankets saved me). The bed is soft, the pillows are the same (maybe those who have back problems will not work). The linen is clean, at least on the visible part. There are sockets on both sides of the bed. Yes, and there are enough of them throughout the room. Living room with a balcony, two sofas, refrigerator, teapot and TV (but did not use it). There was also a hair dryer and an outlet for it in the bathroom.
The bathroom is also OK, just be prepared to wait half a minute for the water to heat up. Do not climb right away) Everything was also clean, without dirt, mold or other people's hair.
The food was good, no frills. After reading the last review (and I read it a couple of hours before check-in), I tensed up, thinking that I would have to starve, but they fed me so that my pants cracked every time. Perhaps, for a large man, such portions would have been small, but I had enough to overeat.
I received a massage session on the first day and without any problems. Upon arrival, I called the massage therapist Vasily, whose number was given by the administrator, and after 30 minutes they gave me a neck, along the way telling about some water at the resort. The session was about 20 minutes.
I got into the sauna on the last evening before leaving (on other days I myself could not). In the morning I told the administrator, and at 16 o'clock I was there. They gave out a towel, a sheet for a bench. The sauna is perfectly heated, everything is clean and whole. Only now the stove ticked strangely) It was even scary) The shower was a meter away. There are chairs and a table next to the sauna.
Actually, I'm writing a review after the sauna and dinner :) I'm leaving tomorrow.
Both the administrator and the cook are very nice girls, no complaints either. Polite and smiling!

I am from Belarus, I rested in July 2019 in a room on the second floor with a large balcony. Satisfied, no complaints, clean, comfortable. The room included breakfast. The choice was small, only three courses, but always fresh and very tasty coffee. It so happened that one of the days of my stay fell on my birthday. The staff congratulated me with a delicious cake. It was very pleasant and moved me to tears. I didn't know anyone. I gave a cake to a Ukrainian girl, Nadya, who was having breakfast at the next table. Since then, we have been friends, we correspond. And I am very grateful to the hotel for this acquaintance. I fondly remember the days spent with you.
