4.3.2023 great staff,spacious rooms,for 100 Euros for a double incl Spa-access a great deal! 600 UAH for breakfast till supper buffet each,parking included-little minus-pet friendly!..so,demand a quiet room if you wont be waked up by barking dog at 4 a.m..Tiles in SPA also extraordinary slippery!

Very very good hotel. I recommend it with a clear conscience. Very beautiful, very clean, very tasty. Excellent friendly staff (which is a rarity in Ukraine)

Two weeks flew by like one very busy day. We rested, got treatment. So many impressions!!! Very friendly attitude. The atmosphere created by the people around us is priceless! We are very grateful for everyone's attention, I would especially like to note: Lenochka, the maid, very hardworking, who tidied up our room. Lyubov is simply a beauty who fed us very tasty food. Svetochka and Oksana are the Hydrotherapy Center, such attentive, smiling girls. Wonderful therapist Bilinska Galina Ivanovna, Thank you very much for your recommendations. Spa Center: Anechka and Maria are professional cosmetologists. Maria does a very good manicure and pedicure. And of course I would like to note the owner of the beauty studio Ilya Bomshteyn. The best recommendations. A wizard of beauty and good mood!!! And of course you can feel the professionalism of the entire team of the Mirotel sanatorium everywhere and in everything!!! Thank you all SO MUCH!

Liked the hotel, friendly staff. Any questions are answered immediately. Homemade food and Many thanks to the girls from the children's club, the children are delighted for the attention of the entertainment. I liked it very much.

A very good hotel. Absolutely worthy for its 5 stars. A huge complex with a built-in pump room, spa, swimming pools, gym and a large number of procedures. The food is very tasty and varied. The staff is polite, attentive and not intrusive. For good, the hotel closes all requests and the lazy person can not leave the hotel at all. There is everything. As a result of several days of rest, there is a steady desire to come for a couple of weeks in order to fully relax.

Worst service by far in Ukraine !!!water is yellow in tub , all workers seem like they dont care !!! Made a mistake on our doctors visit , we left to 3syni and donka a way way better hotel !!!

The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level.
Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel.
P.S. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat. The assortment is poor and not really tasty, for sure breakfast is better than dinner. But it could be just my matter of taste - that's why my total mark is still 5/5.

Very pleased with the spa. Saunas are in good condition. The pool is clean. Friendly staff. Excellent price / quality ratio access to the complex - towels, bathrobes, access to saunas, swimming pool, jacuzzi, relaxation area for a day - FOR EVERYTHING 350 UAH!!?? Wow. I would like to have this in the house)) Maybe now is not the season (June). The price / quality ratio of the massage is worse .. 600 UAH, and the sensations after the procedure are 4 minus. A small wish and recommendation to the staff is to remove the musical accompaniment of the pouring bucket after the steam room. After EVERY turning over, the “Apostle Andrew” of Nautilus turns on .. you see there on the mountain ... This is some kind of madhouse)) everyone is doused and it turns on, I heard this introduction 50 times in 2 hours)). And so super, a good complex

Great hotel. Nice location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Truskavets. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Very diversity breakfast, for everyone taste: from simply scramble eggs and porridge to red fish and chia puddings. Good spa zone, especially saunas and hammam. Also cool massage, highly recommended!
